Swissotel Bremen

Location very good, next to the center of Bremen. They are a bit mean on the bath products and are happily forgetting to refill shower gel or shampoo. The coffee-maker in the Advantage room was loosing its function after the cleaner was in the room and the the lady who came to fix it looked at me as if i had no technical skills to fix it. Not my job - paying a high fee in a 5 star Hotel. But overall one of the better Hotels in Bremen and recommendable. Just bring your own shower gel!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. My only constructive comments would be that the parking situation wasn't convenient and I felt I was taking advantage of by the bar. Regarding the Parking situation, the parking garage was too far away. Regarding the bar situation, I ordered a cognac and they didn't fill it properly (there was like half a sip in there) and they charged me 28 Euros.

It's a Swissotel, you know you can't go wrong with it. I never had a bad experience with them. The location of the hotel is superb, it's walking distance to everywhere, the historical places, malls and restaurants. Wi-Fi which was provided complimentary by the hotel to all guests was fast and reliable. The room service could have been better. Ordered a Burger which was fine but normally they add up a few things on the table. The carpet had a few stains but the room was cleaned well and the furnitures were pleasing, with enough room for anything. Hotel is quite easy to find, sadly I didn't use their parking, I used the parking garage as they had monitoring systems.

The worst thing was that there is no continental breakfast and I was charged 12.00 euros for coffee and a roll

I selected this hotel for its convenience to the train station. It was within a few blocks of the train station and was a great location for my business trips. An added bonus was that it was a great hotel!

Staying at the Swissotel was a wonderful experience starting with the welcoming receptionists we had a marvelous stay. The hotel's location is perfectly convenient. If we go back to Bremen, we would love to stay at the Swissote.
