A little outdated but reasonable for the price. The place is not what it once was. Everything was in decent condition. Good free breakfast included. The pool was non-functional. Outside property was littered with cigarette butts. Staff was very helpful.

Love that we can bring our dogs and walk-on the trail. The space is great in the rooms and the bed is very comfortable. The only negative I have is that this is very pet friendly hotel, but the grass is always too high even after just getting it cut. High grass is messy when walking dogs.

Liked the hotel. Staff was actually very nice. However, didnt like how housekeeping opennee the door without knocking. Then after opening door and seeing us, they then decided to knock again and ask if they can start cleanling. This doesnt make any sense since they knew i was still inside and it wasnt even past checkout time. Anyway..my advice for others.. put the extra door lock.

We loved the two room suite. it is spacious and has the basics. The property could be cleaner. There are dirty handprints on the wall and around the door handles. There are stains on the carpet. Other guests have not been responsible and cleaned up after their pets.

This place was gross. Water leaking from fridge, hair in the drains, they had no towels to give us beyond the 2 provided, wiped up water on the floor w a paper towel and it came up black. Front desk support was awful the evening of check in. I would NEVER consider this place again.

First, no hot water for our entire stay (3 days). There were no communications or eta for the fix. Front desk had no answers. Secondly, breakfast was disappointing. They kept running out of everything including coffee no matter what time we went to eat. Lastly, the room was dusty and remote did not work. I have stayed at this place twice before with no issues except for the undesirable breakfast.

Our room was large and comfortable. The bed was very nice. The kitchen was fully furnished. The hotel is located in a great place close to great restaurants. The hotel is also located in a convenient place for going to Nashville and other surrounding places. The staff were great.

There was literal mold in our shower dripping from underneath the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers. After a long drive from FL, we wanted to shower but not after seeing that. Do not plan to stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay the property is well laid out and the room was nice. Only problems I had was small stuff like shower not being 100 percent (like a strong shower) coffee pot without a lid so it wouldn’t brew right, and they didn’t tell me ahead of time my room was upstairs. That would be a big problem for my wife if she was with me on this trip.

Fine in a pinch but wouldn’t stay again
Pros: large room with comfortable furniture and provided kitchen supplies. Free breakfast was nice. Safe location. Cons: This is an older property - there are no elevators and the building has moderate wear & tear. When I checked into my room, there was a dirty washcloth hanging inside the shower on the curtain rod - I think the shower was cleaned and they just didn’t see that. But it means they didn’t change the shower curtain. There was also a trash can in the under sink cabinet that hadn’t been emptied. Otherwise the room seemed really clean though so take that as you will. I locked myself out twice during my stay and I was able to get a new key from the front desk without giving any information other than my room number. They didn’t ask for my name or any information to confirm it was actually my room. That was pretty concerning from a safety perspective and definitely should be addressed.

Terri demonstrated exceptional kindness and efficiently resolved an issue with my booking. Initially, I had reserved a 2-bedroom hearing impaired unit and confirmed it twice, once after booking and again on the morning before arrival, with an assurance of its availability for a 7 PM CT arrival. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the 2-bedroom unit was unavailable. Thankfully, Terri managed to arrange two separate units across the walkway, which suitably met our family's needs. Additionally, due to the hotel's oversight, I was charged only one deposit for both rooms. The rooms appeared spacious and well-set initially. However, the sofa bed, intended for the kids, was laden with pet fur, indicating we were allocated pet-friendly units (1011 and 1012). Further inspection revealed a partially cleaned bathtub with spots of cloth and hair, and the closet's cubbies had visible dirt and grime. This suggested either a lack of housekeeping or incomplete cleaning. On a positive note, the location was tranquil, situated about a 10-minute drive from the highway leading to downtown Nashville, roughly 20 minutes away. While the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, the overall quietude of the area contributed to a good night's sleep. The suites themselves were spacious, complete with a fireplace, although we couldn't figure out how to use it. However, the provision of washcloths and towels was insufficient for three people.

We booked a suite with two bedrooms. Very good for a family with a grown up child who needs privacies. The beddings are clean. Kitchen is a big plus as you can make something if you don’t have time going out. The stairs were a surprise as we have heavy luggage to carry. Stairways are not clean but do not affect you personally. Breakfast are reasonable. Staff friendly; very quiet as it is away from highway Will consider staying again

I needed a place to stay for a few days and this worked out really great. I felt like I had a little apartment and it was cozy. The place could use an upgrade, but given the nice breakfast, the staff being very helpful, the bed being very comfortable, and my peace and quiet, I was very pleased regardless of how modern it was. I will come back sometime.

Really enjoyed this facility, service, and room. Everything is clean and well maintained. Breakfast service was a TRUE breakfast with choices for hot and cold options. The room I stayed in (411) was exceptionally clean, organized, spacious and comfortable. I slept well and enjoyed a very quiet & peaceful evening. My room window faced the poolside area and everything looked well done, nice environment, plenty of variously seating weather you wanted to lay by the poolside or under covered shade at a table. Paved walkways with attention to landscaping. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come again!

This hotel is substandard especially for the price. The carpet is old and parts were snagged and coming up. The bathtub had mold in it. The mattress did not have a mattress cover between the mattress and the sheet. Dents in doors and refrigerator. Not a well maintain place. Rundown and needs improvements. Hotel staff would not refund first night's fee, stating that you had to cancel within 24 hours. I was not cancelling for no reason. I showed up, checked in and checked out because of the condition of the facility. Called Expedia to assist with a refund because the hotel stated I had to contact my booking agent. Expedia was useless and only offered me a $25 gift receipt for an over $300 bill that I was stuck with. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Plenty of other hotels in that area in better condition and for the same price.

Rooms are nice, not truly a suite though. But my biggest issue is having to carry all our luggage up a flight of 25 stairs because they don’t have an elevator! I have bad knees. What do they do for handicapped individuals? How is this legal?

Everything was great - especially the breakfast room & food. I RSVP’d it for 3 separate rooms to have privacy with my husband & 3 adult kids. The one downside was the rooms were COLD upon arrival - 54*! My husband turned on the heater & it got up to 56* within 30 min. But by morning, it was still only up to 66*. Good thing I had extra blankets in my vehicle! There were no extra blankets in the closets.

The blackout curtains in the bedrooms were either partially or completely missing so at night anyone could see in!!! The tub was missing the stopper, the carpets were frayed and the tv channels freeze so bad you can't watch it. It's really a shame as it has a great layout and with some maintenance it could be nice

I'd stay here again!
Only needed 1 night in Nashville and saw this place had a good price (didn't realize it was an extended stay facility). Spacious and comfortable, and with a complete kitchen, it provided options a hotel couldn't touch. Fantastic! Oh, and the breakfast was wonderful, too (eggs, sausage, potatoes ... and pancakes)!
