"Gorgeous little hotel right on the lake where the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one! I loved waking up looking at the lake from the 3rd floor and being entertained by ducks and swans while having breakfast by the outdoor deck! Hotel is very central with lots of restaurants nearby and is a 5 minute walk to the thermal spa complex. Thank you everyone at hotel Flaminia for making my 4-night’s stay a dream come true! "

"We required a shuttle from the airport and tried to reserve one at 21:15 but was told it was not available. The website advertised 24 shuttle service. The hotel communicated very efficiently with us and said to get a taxi from the airport. This was actually cheaper than the shuttle service offered but the hotel! We also needed a shuttle back to the airport at 4:00am and that was easily arranged once at the hotel but it is very unclear from the website about how the shuttle can be booked and the cost. This is definitely not an airport hotel and needs to have much clearer communication about the shuttle and costs."

"Stayed at The NH Orio as we had an early fly from Orio al Serio AirPort. We’ve been welcomed by Mattia at the reception that when above and beyond making ourselves comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service from 4am was just what we needed. We could walk as it’s about 10 to 15 mins walk, I wouldn’t suggest it with big luggage. The room and the hotel were spotless, especially the bathroom. Spacious and modern room we had more than we needed. We dined at their restaurant, as we didn’t want to go elsewhere, food and service were good I would say a bit overpriced compared to the quality, as you can walk 5 minutes and get to the Shopping centre and find cheaper places for the same quality, but no regrets as was the most convenient choice for us after a long drive. I would strongly recommend and definitely would stay there next time. "

"Excellent hotel near airport. Would need taxi or car as couldn't walk there. Cost €25. Used shuttle back to airport which worked well. It would be good if shuttle was available more often. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again but next room level up as no tea/coffee/kettle in basic room which was disappointing. Other than that the room very comfortable."

"The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. Therefore the food was cold. We did have omelettes this morning our last day and only wish we are done that previously in the week but couldn’t see it advertised that they were available. "
