“Great value for a hotel north of Syracuse.”

This hotel is recently refurbished. The rooms have new furniture, including mattresses. The location is very convenient. Housekeeping is excellent.

“Renovating continues: only getting nicer”

Their renovation is ongoing so it can only get nicer. I had a renovated room and was very happy.

“Good value for the price”

This Hotel was renovated and reopening in September 2012 under new management. The room's are clean and modern but not really big. Basic breakfast is included and good for the small hunger. This is a good hotel for price sensitive Families and travelers.

“Had a good time.”

The hotel was nice. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Wished the room had a small refrigerator, other than that everything was great.

“clean and comfortable”

This hotel was reasonably priced, clean and quiet. The trip was to visit with family and this is the only chain hotel in the area.

“OK for a stay if other hotels are full.”

Arrived at end of grand "reopening" ceremonies and there was food left over for the guests...nice treat. Hotel staff was extremely accomodating, except eveery time I told them that the microwave in the room was not plugged in..desk clerk on duty said they would plug it in, however not convenient for us at the time..asked if "housekeeping" would do it next day..told "sure"..NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also, they need to clean drains in tubs...they don't work well while taking showers...standing in soapy, dirty water not my cup of tea! Too bad because the hotel looks pretty good....except some stains on rugs on second floor...should clean carpets.

“Accomodating staff but terrible new mattresses”

The room was very pretty and clean but the new mattresses were extremely firm for me and my sister, to the point where we woke up several times throughout the night due to being sore. My sister's room was designated as smoke-free but had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke upon entering. The front desk staff member came down and agreed and found her another room in the booked out Inn. This room was much better, but had a very firm mattress as mentioned above. The breakfast was adequate but inferior compared to a Holiday Inn Express' breakfasts.

“July2011”

The bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew. The continental breakfast was invested with fruit flies everyday. The maid staff was friendly and helpful when my son had thrown up in bed and we asked for a change of sheets. However, we repeatedly had to ask for a 4th bath towel, since there were 4 of us and they only leave 3 bath towels. We had expected the toilet to be cleaned after my son's trow-up episode, it wasn't. And the coffee supplies in the room were not replenished, I had to snag supplies from the maid cart when it went by.
