The hotel was nice. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Wished the room had a small refrigerator, other than that everything was great.

This hotel was reasonably priced, clean and quiet. The trip was to visit with family and this is the only chain hotel in the area.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable.The room was large and comfortable, had a nice and very clean washroom. The free WIFI was unfortunatelly working only in the lobby. Hopefully this problem will be solved in the future.

The bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew. The continental breakfast was invested with fruit flies everyday. The maid staff was friendly and helpful when my son had thrown up in bed and we asked for a change of sheets. However, we repeatedly had to ask for a 4th bath towel, since there were 4 of us and they only leave 3 bath towels. We had expected the toilet to be cleaned after my son's trow-up episode, it wasn't. And the coffee supplies in the room were not replenished, I had to snag supplies from the maid cart when it went by.

“Need better guest relations, consideration for guest”

Hotel needs better management:supervision, Manager's "Adult" children running the desk and with little respect for guest, I had to wait until it was convenient for them!!!. Hotel is in good location to interstate. Maids working for the hotel were very accommodating. To bad the manager did not have more control as to the behavior of his children representing his hotel. I would recommend this hotel ONLY if the issue of guest relations was addressed.

“Needed room not freezing”

When I opened the door to my room, I could feel how cold the room was it was like walking into a freezer. The heat in the room had not been turned and it took several hours for the room to heat up. It was not until morning that I turned the heat to medium and that kept the room comfortable. A hotel should know when it has guests arriving and have the heat in the room on.

“Not impressed with this Days Inn”

I have stayed at other Days Inns - this one I was quite disappointed with. I was traveling with my husband. It appeared someone hurried the clean up of the room prior to our check in. Several things missing and not clean -- only 1 wash cloth, no shampoo left (thank goodness I had brough my own), pubic hairs on the toilet and along side of sink, looks like people had been sitting on the bed - obvious buttocks print on the bed, pillows somwhat rumpled and not neat looking. the room was identified as "No Smoking" and I signed a form saying I would pay $ if evidence of smoking was found -- however the bed linens smelled of smoke along with the drawer in the chest the TV sat on -- we asked for non -smoking due tomy husband's allergies. I ce machine had a cracked base and was diffiicult to fill my ice bag for my cooler - I had medicine that needed to be kept cold. I will not return to this Day's Inn and will consider staying at any in the future.
