Breakfast ended at 9am too early. No food and then she would say I'll. Fix it and bring out like three sausages at a time and still cold. Very cheap ass hotel and when you leave no acknowledgement not even a thank. You

Check in attendant was very nice and polite. There was a washer and dryer in the lobby which was a bit odd. It was there the duration of my stay. The room was absolutely freezing. I had to turn the air off entirely to even get it to warm up at all. It also wouldn’t ever shut off, even on auto. I was either freezing or sweating. Not pleasant for sleeping. The walls are incredibly thin. I heard everything my neighbor did. The tv, his farting, his phone calls, his cell phone alarm. It did not do me any favors for sleeping. The room was clean. Bed comfy. My Uber eats order entirely busted in the lobby and spilled out on the floor and the the night attendant was so sweet to help me clean it up. I travel this way for work now but I likely will not stay here again.

The property is in very good condition, very clean. My room was very nice. The check in staff was very good, but in the morning when checking out, the front desk seemed to be unmanned. I left my room key card in the box and departed.

overall my stay was great, second time here. 1 thing i would say is bad is ive had 2 different room. the toilets have some kinda water saving device in the tank. they will not flush properly. you have to flush the toilet 3 or 4 times after every use. very annoying.

Booked this place last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Great, welcoming staff. The property is well taken care of, the rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable beds. If I pass through Bridge City again, I’ll certainly stay here again.

The front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. However, we did have to switch rooms because it had no hot water. Switched to another room and the water got hot but our sheets were dirty in BOTH rooms. Big stains, eyelashes stuck to the pillows. Never had housekeeping come to change them or give us new towels. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest and the person working the Buffett never came out from the back room. We could hear her watching a tv show.

So glad the Bridge City has a nice hotel now. We live in Little Cypress, but it was so convenience to stay in Bridge City for our 35-year class reunion. We had activities all weekend, so it was nice to be closer to everything.

Super clean, nicely appointed hotel.
I'm very happy with my stay and experience at this La Quinta. Super clean and quiet room. Great view of the private lake and crystal clear pool. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked (get yourself a Texas shaped waffle!) As an added plus, they have at least one spot reserved for Veterans. Always great to see that. Will stay again when in town for family events.

I love this hotel and stay here often! It is located on a body of water feeding from the gulf and Neches river — with a beautiful elevated deck and pool, overlooking the water…tons of wildlife, and had a couple of small alligators hanging out below the lower cement deck (with a sturdy fence and safe for children). Pretty, nice and very relaxing! Clean and nice staff, too. Comfortable rooms.

Great place to stay.
We were without lights last night due to a storm, came here to stay. I’m spoiled and can’t sleep without AC! The only disappointment is I went down for the free breakfast this morning and there are no eggs, sausage or bacon…pans or empty. However you do have 1 danish, cream cheese, cereal, brown gravy and makers. The coffee is delicious at 8:22 AM. If you are serving breakfast until 11:00 as advertised, there is no one replenishing it.

Perfect EXCEPT the bed, it was so hard! Had to use multiple pillows to get any sleep. Still, super clean, quiet, beautiful pool and hot tub with water view!

We stopped for the night on our way to our final destination. We are a family of 5 with three little ones so we are always looking for good hotels that will not only be safe for our family but comfortable and affordable. This hotel is on our top five hotels that have stayed at while on road trips. Beautiful amenities, very very clean and the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast food wasn’t the greatest but the view to the lake made up for it. Definitely recommend and we will be staying there on our future trips!
