Worst stay ever.

Posted May 12, 2014
Pros: Leaving it.
Cons: Kick out guests who behave like my neighbors did. Learn the concept of pH for your pool
Location: Couple of restaurants and gas stations in the little development.
I stayed 2 days. Took an eternity to check in since only one person worked the desk. The first floor reeks of over-chlorinated pool. Housekeeping didn't empty all of the garbage cans, apparently used a kleenex and threw it in the toilet without flushing it, dropped something on the floor from one of the garbage bags they did take and didn't notice it. Breakfast food looked gross, I didn't eat it. Worst part ways day 2-- they put people in the room adjoined to mine. From 9-11 PM their 3-5 completely unsupervised peri-pubescent boys were rampaging around the halls, nearly knocked me over going to my room, slamming doors, screaming. Hotel staff did nothing. The kids weren't even in the room next to mine, they just had access while what was either older brothers or fathers were off at a nearby sports bar restaurant. I managed to fall asleep around 11 when the monstrous children shut up. But the actual people in the room next to mine (the so-called adults for those kids) came home drunk at about 12, screaming conversations, watching TV too loudly, and SMOKING in their nonsmoking room until 2 AM (I had to be up at 4 AM). My room reeked of smoke the rest of the night. The hall reeked of smoke. It was incredibly obvious that these jerks were smoking. Again, staff did not do anything about these degenerates. They also didn't ask me how my stay was when I checked out the next day, and in short, it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Ok hotel..

Rooms are ok even though they smell smoky. Pool and hot tub are absolutely disgraceful. They are filthy dirty.

Lovely Stay

Nice locale with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Comfy beds and linens. Housekeeping respects the Do Not Disturb door hanger. We never made it down to breakfast, so I can't speak to the offerings. My only complaint is the evening front desk gentleman was very slow to come to the counter. He was clearly visible from the exterior windows on the computer.

Nice hotel

Only problem was when the room was cleaned on the days I stayed not everything was cleaned. Such as the soaps stayed out in the holders and there was a drink sweat napkin I had on the nightstand that never moved. Beds weren't extremely comfortable either.

Close to Morgantown

Posted Oct 21, 2013
Cons: New Mattresses
Close to Morgantown for WVU games. Nice place close by to eat. Hotel was OK, not bad, not great. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, but I would stay here again just for the convenience of the location.
