Innkeepers are nice
Overall it is suitable accommodation. The inn is very outdated in terms of furniture, carpeting, wallpaper, etc. Breakfast was served hot but not a lot of choices. Parking is ample and its a very safe arra.

Mixed feelings about this place. Our host was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the site is lovely--beautiful garden and lawn, the the barn (which we peaked into) is charming. But our room was shabby and the mattress was of poor quality. The carpet was old and a bit grubby. Towels were hard and scratchy. There's really great potential here, but it needs some improvement.

Pretty Inn for a visit for a lilac festival
The inn was wonderful and the grounds beautiful. There was only one minor issue. A slow draining sink that they were to fix the day we checked out. They were fun to speak to and the rook was quiet , clean and enjoyable. The room was up a stairway to a ganged room so if you were not careful you could bang your head (didn't)

Wheeler's stay at King's Hill Inn
My first true stay at a B&B that I can say was truly enjoybable. Very beautiful setting and Inn. The new owner(s) are very gracious and wonderful Innkeepers. Much to do in the area from food to hikes. Beautiful field with deer... We believe we have made new friends, not just acquaintances! We will certainly be back soon!

A gem!
What a lovely inn. Little did we know when we booked the room that Kings Hill is a terrific spot for a destination wedding, with an immaculate fully renovated historic barn over looking beautiful gardens and a chapel. Janice and Glenn were gracious hosts, and helped us find a perfect restaurant for great meal. Breakfast was simply perfect.

Bed and Breakfast owners were sweet, and helpful. The B&B was clean and organized. Great homemade breakfast. If I return to the Hebron/South Paris area I will stay here again.

An extremely pleasant stay!
I stayed at this B&B while working in the area. It was a very pleasant day, the hosts were spectacular and pleasant. I only wish that I was not as busy so I could have spent additional time talking with other guests and out hosts at King Hill. I highly recommend staying, especially for the delicious breakfast (Eggs sausage, pancakes, fruit, coffee and more!).

Perfect Maine Experience
Stayed here while visiting colleges with my daughter- Bates and Bowdoin. The Inn is up on a mountain with absolutely beautiful views- we arrived to fresh snow, and the potbelly wood stove in our room couldn't have been more cosy and welcoming! The charming innkeeper greeted us personally, made sure we were settled in comfortably, gave us excellent suggestions for a nice meal nearby, and inquired what we would like for breakfast. And what a breakfast the next morning- absolutely delicious blueberry pancakes with berries picked from the mountain, eggs, bacon, fresh baked goods and really good coffee- yummy! We look forward to returning in warm weather when the views will be green and the gardens blooming. And, added bonus, it's the perfect setting for a classic Maine wedding- there is a tiny white chapel in a meadow, and a beautifully restored antique barn for receptions and parties.

First Time's a Charm!
This was our first experience with a B&B. It was great. We were treated like family and we found out by talking with other guests that we weren't the only ones getting the royal treatment. Everyone we talked with was thoroughly enjoying their stay and, as far as we can tell, getting great value. I would highly recommend that if you have never tried a B&B, try Kings Hill Inn!

Beautiful Country Setting!!!
The drive was thru the country, it felt very remote, but was a short drive to South Paris. The Inn was a B&B. We love them if the owners are on property, Janice and Glenn do live there. They were very helpful with restaurants and places to kayak. We ate in town the two nights and had lovely meals. The breakfasts at the Inn were outstanding. Juice, coffee, fruit, eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels or toast, waffles or blueberry pancakes. There were always cookies or cake on the table for afternoon snacking. Drinks, limeade, tea or soda were also available. The room was self contained. That is important to us. Queen bed, and bathroom in the room, TV, WiFi and two chairs. There was also a balcony overlooking the back yard. Kayakers should love the stay. Many lakes close by to chose. We kayaked on Keezer Lake. It is a very large lake with easy access via state boat ramp. If you enjoy B&B's you will love Kings Inn. If you have never tried a B&B this is a perfect place to start.

The owner Janice welcomed us and showed us menus from nearby restaurants and helped us find what we were looking for (outdoor, casual - we went to Boomer's). Our room was very large with a king bed, a day bed and a tv alcove. The breakfast, described as a 7-course meal, was modest but sufficient. homemade waffles, eggs, fruit, coffee etc. nothing fancy.

What a charming place !
We stopped at Kings Hill Inn along the way on a bicyling trip from Quebec to Boston. We were welcomed warmly by our hosts and offered refreshments and treats after a hot day of pedaling. We had a very cozy room and all the quietude necessary for a very relaxing rest. The setting of the Inn is in a great place near the top of a small hill and it has great gardens and atmosphere to enjoy. We were provided with a very secure location for our bikes. The breakfast was great and i just had to have an extra pancake made with local blueberries ahead of a another day of bicycling that was to come. We shared very interesting conversations with our hosts and they helped us select the best route to follow for the days to come. We made it safe and sound to Boston, in part thanks to the King Hill Inn.

A most pleasant experience in a Bed & Breakfast-type inn. Extremely well-maintained, efficiently run, impressive grounds, fantastic views, especially from room patio. Personal service. Personable and capable owners planning on retiring soon - this will certainly be a loss.....but maybe a chance for someone else.

Comfortable room in a beautiful setting
I was very pleased with the appearance of the room. It had a very "country inn" vibe. The bedroom and the bathroom were both very well maintained and attractive. The old style gas heater that looked a bit like a Franklin stove but had a thermostatic control was both practical and fitting. The surrounding area was very beautiful. The owners were very accommodating as I was not able to arrive until 4AM my first night and even though they had already retired for the evening, they had made easy provision for me to get into the room. The breakfast was excellent and more than plenty. I am not usually a waffle eater, but the waffles the proprietress made the second day were as light as a cloud and very delicious. The place seems remote, but with the help of my GPS I easily found it even at 4 in the morning. Despite seeming remote, I was able to get to my destination from the inn and return quite easily and quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Authentic, family INN
Kings Hill INN is a very authentic and charming hotel, that is being run by an extremely charming family. We spent one night there with our 3 kids and will definitely come again. The owners were very welcoming, the room clean and the breakfast delicious.

Born to Run a B&B.
Location: very convenient to many places. Local restaurant variety limited. B&B: beautifully nestled on very large hill-side lot. Hosts: the kindest, most generous people you can imagine. Tirelessly helpful with travel advice. Always home-baked goodies and tea around. Breakfast: old-fashioned, very tasty, nice variety.

A superb experience
Our first stay in a bed and breakfast. The room was great with the antique themed furnishings. Many little details brought us back to a gentler time. Janice, our host, was Warm and welcoming throughout our stay. She gave us a tour of the house and also the history of the property? We were treated like a part of the family. Breakfast was beyond expectations and on a par with an upscale resort.

My husband did all of the research and arrangements so it was a pleasant surprise to arrive to my predetermined idea of a bed / breakfast in the country. We arrived to a picture perfect setting that couldn't be more quaint or lovely. The owners Glen & Janice are most welcoming, gracious, and happy to accommodate, and feed you a 7 course homemade breakfast! This place is absolutely wonderful. It's peaceful and beautiful. The room was pretty and comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was totally yummy. The owner was helpful with so much information and a delight to talk to. And the views are gorgeous - I even saw the end of the rainbow in the field. : )

King's Hill Inn - wonderful weekend getaway
I recently had a wonderful weekend away at King's Hill Inn. It was very comfortable and Janice and Glenn gave us a wonderful welcome. It isn't far from the downtown South Paris area, where we found a wonderful restaurant for dinner, and it's close to Sunday River, where we skied on Sunday. Janice made a delicious breakfast on Sunday morning. I can't wait to return to King's Hill Inn.

Although this property was nice and the breakfast was great, the rooms were small and the location was 25 miles from Bethel and not convientient to much in the way of dining establishments.

This Bed and Breakfast , Kings Hill Inn, is the place to stay. The rooms are neatly decorated and very clean and the homemade breakfasts are just outstanding. The view from individual rooms are breath-taking.

Was soll ich sagen. Dieser Platz ist eine 5 von 5! Die Inhaber (wir kennen nur Glenn, seine Frau war auf Reise) sind unglaublich. Man spürt, dass sie das B&B mit Herz betreiben. Das Frühstück ist großartig und wird von den beiden für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet. Ich bin hin und weg. Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise. Ein Tipp... fragt Glenn nach seinen Autos ;-).
