The hotel rooms were very nice. Good interior, wonderful bathrooms, nice work desk to use. My only complaint was the bed was a bit hard and the pillows flattened like pancakes.

My stay was perfect because of one night auditor at the front desk named Cathy. She helped me with my thermostat (I couldn't figure it out), she greeted me with attention and kindness, I spilled coffee and she helped and she ended my stay with card under my door. The hotel was great but Cathy made it perfect! If she lived in Los Angeles, I would hire her for my company. Sincerely, DorothyTheOrganizer
