The website does not show accurate photos and the condition of this property. The whole apartment was disgusting. Vents filled with dust. Tiles off walls, toilet bowl so dirty. Bug on the bed when I went to get in. Burn marks in carpet. Sliding door on to deck doesn’t lock. Paint off walls. Overall not worth the money at all it was a dump

There was no water pressure in the shower. The hall area on the fourth floor was very musty. The staff were very good.

While the property was in a great position close to the CBD and across the road from a great public transport hub, the cleanliness of the property needs to improve. There was dust and hair in the wardrobes and behind the bed needed a good vacuum as did the extractor fan in the bathroom. The washing machine was brilliant but also needed to be checked for excess powder residue. The provision of washing liquid could do with being a bit more than just one packet, and a clean tea towel would have been great. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Lack of info led to average experience
We spent only one night , the hotel didnt mention the construction opposite the hotel until we were on our way. Also parking, we received an email at 3pm stating we needed to book parking.. but their reception closed at 2pm and couldnt book us in. Very dassapointed. The ash tray on the balcony still had cigarette butts.. pretty acerage experience .

Good location.
Room was comfortable and clean and location was close to Roma Street Station which suited me, but the balcony door would not lock and when on your own I would prefer to be able to lock up the room even on the balcony.

The location is very convenient being opposite the Roma Street Transit Centre. The staff & booking service were very good with late check-in procedures easy to follow. I thought the cleanliness of the apartment left quite a bit to be desired - the stove- top in the kitchen was greasy and things just did not feel as clean as they should. The combined laundry/bathroom was dated and not clean under the vanity and near the back of the washing machine. I couldn't get the television in the living room to work but the one in the bedroom did.

Don't book - find a hotel
Bad..find somewhere else. Holes in the walls/doors and dirty. No air conditioning, no luggage storage and reception only open certain hours with a 'lock out' penalty of $50.00. Checking in after 6.00pm means a key is left in a secuity lock box.

This property is excellent for your trip to the Stadium across the road from Roma Street Station. Also easy walk to city centre and Southbank. Not all rooms are equal though.
