Close to CityPosted Nov 30, 2013
Pros: Close to everything
Cons: Better information about Apartments
Location: Roma Street Parklands not to be mised
The stay was good but just a little disappointed that booking a 2 room Apartment was I fact 2 sepeperate rooms like a Hotel.

Needs all round improvementPosted Nov 30, 2013
Pros: It was close to CBD and Central Station was only 200m away.
Cons: Our room was tired and could do with a refurb, and more attention needs to be taken over room cleaning.
Upon check-in it appeared that there was a problem with providing us with two room keys that night and the next day I had to insist that they provide us with an extra key card which was provided with some reluctance. Our Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned during our entire eight day stay, and twice we had ask for towels to be delivered to the room as none had been left by the cleaning staff. You had to pay for pool towel rental and $20+ a day for wifi in the room.

Badly managed. Shame, it used to be goodPosted Nov 28, 2013
Keys not working. Pool area a bit shabby. Cleaning shabby. Staff a bit off ish. Lack of staff as room gets made up very late pm. Not all cooking equipment in room. One day they ran out if towels. Towels very old with running threads. Room and area info was on a shabby coffee stained bit of paper. Put of the Best Western brand as I used to associate this with well managed.

Basic room, cramped bathroom, tired fixtures and fittings, broken lift and one of the worst beds I've ever slept in. The staff were reasonably helpful and as a basic city centre crash pad I could accept everything except the poor quality of the bed. Know what you're getting; not so cheap and cheerful, but decent location for the CBD.

OverpricedPosted Nov 24, 2013
Cons: See above.
Location: CBD just down the hill. 5 minute walk from Central Station
OK - there was a lot on in Brisbane so many places were full but if you are going to charge $219/night provide: 1) a bathroom design where water from the shower doesn't spill out all over the bathroom 2) decent towels 3) something more than public toilet grade toilet paper

Nice, central apartment style hotelPosted Nov 21, 2013
Good location, easy walking distance to shops and north quay ferry stop. Good sized room with balcony and kitchen / laundry facilities in room. Ok priced bar in hotel too.

Nice and SimplePosted Nov 11, 2013
For a one night stay, I had no issues what so ever. They only issue I had was regarding a light I wasn't sure how to turn off, but the room was nice, the staff awesome, and perfect for what I needed.

Pleasant hotel, nice room, staff/food not so goodPosted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: Room was pleasant, clean and nicely furnished
Cons: Front desk attitude [one person was excellent] other was opposite, not even greeting guests passing desk.
Location: Good situation
Front desk staff over my 3 days varied from pleasant to disinterested On arrival had dinner in cafe 'tempura fish' 2 pieces disappointing thick batter fishy smelling fish and one piece had probably 1 inch of fish rest just batter! I had eaten 2 mouthfuls, salad was fresh. I did tell the waiter, he was surprised and offered to replace meal but it was late so I left it. Consequently had breakfasts in nearby cafes rest of stay.

Central to CBD and tidyPosted Oct 29, 2013
Pros: Great staff, nothing is a problem for them.
Cons: Bathroom sink tap. Tiling in bathroom needed finishing off. Needs a spare blanket in wardrobe. Freezer was iced up. 'Safe' wasn't bolted down.
Location: Close to shopping and transport
Tidy kitchenette room and very comfortable. Close to shopping and transport . Overall, for the budget tourist, this was well priced and was overall a great stay. Thought I should mention the below things in case these types of things would spoil your stay. But..we would definitely stay there again!
