Pros: Very clean, great location.
Location: Walking distance to Queen St Mall. Walking distance to Central Station.
Super helpful staff that were more than willing to always help. Great central location. Walking distance to Queen St Mall.

A place to stay

Pros: It was close to the center of the city
Cons: T.V remotes need to be replaced or checked to see if they even work. And the beds need adjusting.
The bed was rock hard and the t.v remote didn't even work. aside from that the room was clean and the hotel was close the city. Staff were very friendly.

Pros: Everything was easily located and understood - like air con., lighting, soap dispensers, combined shower tap etc.
Cons: Would have loved to see a Gideon Bible in the room and maybe a plug for the bathroom basin.
Location: Location was central to our two appointments - very helpful
We were very tired when we arrived so we could have our evening meal in the restaurant, the balcony was a bonus, the beds were comfortable and the pillows very comfortable. We loved our stay and will come again.

Convenient but needs a refurbishment

Pros: Location and price are the only reasons to stay here
Bathroom soap, shower gel and shampoo dispensers were unmarked - trial and error to find right one. Kitchen area was greasy. Breakfast was only OK - what there was was cooked well but very little choice. At least they now have brewed coffee which was which is an improvement on my last stay.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung für einen Stadtaufenthalt - fussläufig alles erreichbar. Kein Luxus aber alles was man braucht ist da. Das Frühstück ist allerdings unzureichend. Keine Auswahl, teils alte Speisen und sehr unschön anzusehen. Teilweise leider auch unsauber. Wir haben es von drei Nächten einmal in Anspruch genommen und dann sausen lassen. Es war zu teuer für die Leistung.

Reasonable location, room disappointing

Pros: Pleasant staff
Cons: Quality of beds, floors, security to common corridors, doors to common corridors.
Location: Close to CBD and downtown restaurants. As it was a holiday, our experience probably was not the expected as many restaurants were closed.
Check in/out and hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a reasonable location to CBD. Lobby area was nice as was the adjoining restaurant. The room was not as portrayed by the website. The 3 twin beds we were to have turned out to be 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. The floors were tile and very cold. The beds and sofa bed were very uncomfortable with very poor quality mattresses. The room had no security deadbolt just card lock. The door sweep did not exist so the hallway lights reflected into the room 24-7. Signage in the room about were to place luggage was not customer friendly.

Pros: Balcony (although there was only 1 chair & the view was straight into others appartments.)
Cons: We booked a room with a bath, balcony & laundry facilities but the first room we were given didn't have anything, even windows. Settled for balcony!
Location: Uninspiring
Facilities: Run-down; Value: Unreasonable; Service: Friendly; Cleanliness: Smelly; We also booked 2 buffet breakfasts but when calling & visiting reception there seemed to be no one around we went out for something.

Won't go back again

On the arrival, it took about 15min for a staff to come to the reception. The room has bad smell from the bathroom sewage and the carpet smell like an old dog. The drink vending machine had only one can of drink, ( nothing come out after one one drink) and took my money!!! The reception desk was again unattended... I gave up.
