For a place where I only stayed one night (8hours ) the place was all I needed. But I did think the inside was a bit tired

I enjoyed my stay at this motel. The Manager was wonderful and open on arrival. He supported us when we asked...nothing was an issue. I would stop at this motel again. Thanks heaps for making my granddaughter and i comfortable.

I really liked the staff upon arrival. Very nice and quick and made friendly convo. Place was very clean and tidy and was nice and quiet. Would recommend to others and I would stay here again.

As I was travelling with my assistance dog, I informed the hotel on booking the room, also requested a ground floor room. There was a fuss about the dog and I was out in an upstairs room because no-one had read my request, even though they had responded to the booking. I was then prevented from using the on site restaurant, again because of the dog. It is the obligation of hoteliers to understand the disability laws because being treated like that is embarrassing and discriminatory. Lovely people but ignorant of the rules. It made my stay somewhat uncomfortable.

It was exceptionally clean and the rooms were adequate. Advertised as the only property in Ipswich with full room service and dining. There was no room service for food and limited breakfast available in the dining room. Pool could not be used due to licensing issues. Overall a good clean place to stay and I’m guessing owners have not been there long and are working on facilities. Lovely peoplle

The pool is not council approved and was one of the main reasons we booked here… the bbq area hadn’t been used (or cleaned/maintained) in 12 months and the restaurant was shut… won’t be staying here again anytime soon!

The property is right on the corner of 2 very busy roads where the noise from passing traffic never stops. It’s very dark in the rooms, great at night but not so during the day when natural light is needed. Don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper.

The room was basic as expected but sadly the shower leaked through the wall where luggage was sitting and wet the bag and stained clothing as we didn’t realise it had leaked the day before and the bag and clothing hadn’t been moved so it smelt and was stained by the time we realised

Unfortunately the price for the apartment was expensive for location when we can get an apartment in Brisbane City or Southbank for the same price. The tiles were sticky & slimey & had a couple of broken pieces of glass on the floor as well as in the bedroom, the kitchen sink blocked up, one of the bathroom towels had a big yellow stain on it & the base of the shower leaked outside the door & mildew on the ceiling as no ventilation just the window. Received a knock on the door around 9am on checkout day & it was housekeeping, checkout not till 10am, she went away & came back at 9.30 & we had to say we were just about to checkout ( not sure why that happened,). On the plus it's about 15min walk to town & we quiet
