Everything is good except the check in time is 3pm I don’t like it. Check in should be 1pm or 2pm and car park is expensive

Well-located property which made it easy to explore the Brisbane CBD. Woolworths Metro just around the corner and no-hassle parking.

Hotel offers a good view of the Brisbane river and surroundings. Location is good, quier and safe and the apt is quite spacious and clean. But the bath area needs upgrading. Insufficient lighting and run down. The shower head is not detachable and the floor is slippery.

Reasonably good stay. A few concerns. The shower is in bath style. It's quite difficult to get out with the show glass screen & the distance you have to step down from the bath to the floor. This could be dangerous for any person if they're not concentrating.

We liked the room and the location was ok. Receptionists we're all lovely. There was a terrible garbage smell getting to and from our apartment (you had to walk through the carpark to get to the apartment)

staff weren't very hospitable at all, a $200 bond that I wont get back for 10 working days. Still photo copying ID very very high risk for ID theft. Shower drain was putrid smelling. Mould around the silicon of the shower. Wont be staying there again.

It was very modern near the water and bridge to Southbank. 2 pools were great and hot tub. Used BBQ outside near pool. All very clean. Tennis courts nice.

Great pool and spa. Nice room and view. Check in at 3.00pm though which is quite late - not good if you are going to an early show or concert.

We had no idea what to expect and were very appreciative of the cheerful and helpful reception, the availability of parking and the large studio we stayed in. They even called us to let us know that the room was ready early. Everything was terrific over the short time we were there, so thank you to one and all.

The room was well serviced,staff very polite and friendly. Some thoughts for improvement- 1. basin in bathroom is very slow to drain, it might be blocked 2. carpet join between lounge room and bedroom has come apart, needs to be stitched back together. 3. chairs/couch in lounge room grubby, needs to be steam cleaned. Single chairs need increased padding in seat area 4. If 4 people were to stay there, you need more crockery , 5 coffee mugs 5 dinner plates and so on isn't enough. 5. melamine salad bowl has a crack in it- it needs replacing Thanks, Helen
