Great LocationPosted Jan 18, 2015
Pros: Apartment size and style was great. Very modern.
Cons: Customer Service Knowledge at Front Desk. Also more lighting in the lounge rooms would be great. Can feel quite dark in the afternoons.
Location: 5 minute walk to Queen Street Mall and all the great shopping areas.
A lovely hotel in a great location. For anyone who is a light sleeper I would recommend asking for an apartment not located on the road side (Charlotte St) as there is a car park across the road with a siren that goes off every time the roller shutter opens. This starts from 5am up until midnight and is really annoying. The apartments are lovely with decent balconies. Some of the front desk staff are exceptional while others are a little ditzy. Close to Central Station so getting to the airport is easy and much cheaper than a taxi.

First of all had a nice stay. Check in went a bit messy. Booked two nights online but at check in it seemed they had made a booking for each night in different rooms. This was corrected though. Also we were not aware that parking space had to be booked in advance. No parking was available so had to park down the road. Rooms are great with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are clean although the drains do tend to smell a bit mouldy.

Doesn't look like photosPosted Dec 21, 2014
The room was extremely tiny - did not look like pictures at all when booking. Walls were very thin, could hear conversations from rooms next door. Service was very good.

Nice apt in downtownPosted Dec 16, 2014
Cons: The staff is not always very knowledgeable, but they are OK.
Location: Centrally located, well connected to everything via public transportation.
No frills, good option especially if you need to cook and eating out is not an option. Better value than a hotel in the same area of town.
