“We Enjoyed our Stay at Metro International Ipswich”

The staff at this hotel was wonderful, helpful, friendly and interested in the events of our days. The room was clean and supplies were plentiful. We could not figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. But, the windows opened to allow clean and fresh air in. The hotel is within walking distance of the City Center, Churches, a mall and restruants. One needs to remember it is a City Center and closes early. We were there for two weeks. We felt welcomed and safe.

“All good”

We've stayed in hotel before so we knew what to expect. Would stay again. Only thing (which we didn't bring to staff attention) was that x2 single beds were pulled together to make it look like it was a queen/king size. Otherthan that all good.

“Disappointing”

I am American and I expected more shopping in the Center of the city. The hotel was older than I expected. The breakfast buffet was nice, but the same was served every day and if one got up later there was a drastic reduction in selection that last hour. The rate was overpriced in my opinion since there was no poot or other activities and no shopping to speak of close-by.
