“Excellent choice”

Hotel was exactly what we hoped for. Everything was top notch from the helpful people at reception to the clean rooms and well maintained property. We travelled with a six year old and a two year old and the room was plenty big enough for them and they enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool. They do charge for parking, but it is safe, secure underground parking. We felt safe with kids even with the hotels close proximity to downtown and were able to find all amenities that we needed within walking distance of ten to fifteen minutes. The train station is a bout a two minute walk. It took twenty minutes to get there from the airport by car and freeway access once there was about five minutes by car. Most Gold Coast theme parks are forty five minutes to an hour away on easy to drive freeways.

Overall experience was excellent! Easy check-in/check-out, great buffet breakfast and easy access to "train" to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

“A great escape”

Prompt & efficient service by check in staff. Room was well furnished and quite roomy- very comfortable with everything that you would need. We used some of the facilities like the pool and restaurant and enjoyed them totallyy. The highlight was the amazing complimentary breakfast. There was such a wonderful choice of fresh healthy foods- well presented and very tasty. A great getaway weekend at a lovely hotel

“wonderful king sized bed”

we loved staying here . The breakfast buffet included in the rate was excellent, service fabulous , and the room very very comfortable. King sized bed was very comfortable +++, and the flat screen tv very large. Also there are some computers available in the foyer and internet acces is free. Would definitely stay again

Excellent, chic but unprentious hotel near the heart of Brisbane city. Excellent, huge, rooms and great, friendly, service.

“A bit of a let down”

The condition of the hotel was fine, everything except the hallways look quite new, the location was very central. The pool was open for quite a good time range. My main issues were the boring content of the room service menu, and the hight cost of internet access which was significantly higher than every other hotel I stayed in while in Australia, in spite of this cost they and the most restrictive usage allocation berfore throttling the speed or asking for more money.

This was a very nice hotel. 5 min walk to pier with loads of restaurants and waterfront for water taxi. Inhouse bar and restaurant to top it off. Great service from the desk with local tours. Went to Australia Zoo from here on a guided tour which made the day with the tips and advice he gave. CC's Tours.

“Very nice”

We had a very nice stay. It's not the hotels fault that Brisbane city just isn't up to international tourist standards. But a 20min walk over the bridge to Southbank is all you need to get some excercise, culture and clean air. Overall it was well worth the stay.
