Oposite Central train stationPosted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Close to Airtrain so easy access to airport. Walking distance to Brisbane Central. 24hr room service. Coffee shop and Rest. downstaiirs
Cons: A ramp to get suitcases up the stairs easier.
I found the staff very attentive and helpful. i was given an upgrade to apartment room which included more facilities than their single rooms. Certainly made my stay more enjoyable.

Nice hotel, close to all transportPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Nice ambience and great location.
Cons: Breakfast price should be more reasonable for guests.
Location: Right opposite central station so you can be in your room 30 minutes from the airport. Main shopping and restaurant area is 2 blocks away.
Arrived late but staff got us checked in quickly, room was a studio but surprisingly spacious with all amenities required for a short stay.

Great locationPosted Aug 18, 2014
The staff were friendly. The hotel lobby was a little bit dated and did remind my partner and I of the hotel lobby in The Shining. The room for a studio was big and clean and the lobby is super close to the train station and the Queen Street Mall. The only downside is that they took a $100 deposit off my credit card that I have not received back and it has been three days since I checked out.

Nice hotel, great locationPosted Aug 3, 2014
Great location, opposite central train station made it easy to get there with my suitcase. Got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was a nice surprise. While it looks dated, it's got all modern facilities. Valet parking service is great. Only problem I had was when I was trying to sleep during the day after a late night and house keeping kept coming into my room even though I locked the door and told them I didn't need my room cleaned. Could use some 'do not disturb' signs, as it freaked me out to wake up to two house keeping staff standing in the kitchen while I was in the other room sleeping. Even given that I enjoyed my stayed and would stay there again
