“Beautiful hotel and decently priced”

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It's a gorgeous old hotel that has been refurbished. The rooms were great, great kitchenette, even a washer/dryer in the bathroom. It was very central to everything, right across from the main train station but it was still very quiet. We easily walked everywhere from here. We had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate going back to this hotel.

Very convenient - right opposite Central station. Close to shopping. Staff very helpful and friendly. A great place for a woman travelling alone to stay.

“Right place and lovely hotel”

Good facilities, right in the heart of Brisbane. Although close to the train stationa and road we we not bothered by it at all. Fully air conditioned :the 1 room apartment also has cooking facilities and most importantly, a washer/dryer. Would recommend it and would go back! But make sure you book on line, even if asking to extend your stay ( internet cafe just down the road) as it can be abit expensive.

This hotel was accross from Central railroad station.The food was cheaper than anywhere else we had been in Australia.The area was very attractive & safe.The hotel was older,but well kept up.Our stay was comfortable.We even made our own coffee which saved us a fortune.If we return,we would definitely stay there again.As mentioned above,the night mgr. helped us so much .

“Good choice for strangers to Brisbane”

Great location with free city buses stopping outside the door. Room very well equipped and clean. Bed very comfortable and staff helpful. Good value for money and close to shops etc.

“Very Awesome Hotel”

Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was extremely comfortable and the housekeeping staff were awesome (I drink a lot of green tea, and they noticed and gave me extra sachets). Location was great, easy walking distance to Queen Street mall... staff were friendly. Only one complaint: I think there's a bar or pub across the street that played really loud music one night. I could hear the bass in my room... it wasn't too bad though as I was really tired and fell asleep easily. But if you're noise sensitive, request a room in the middle of the hotel or higher up (I was on the first floor).

“Great Hotel”

Great hotel in a great location. However parking is an issue and not cheap. Valet parking is available. If driving note that there is only a very small area to pull up in front of the Hotel when checking in - I had to circle the block a couple of times in heavy City traffic before a spot was clear. The one bedroom apartment was great, well appointed with relatively new furnishings.

The best place to stay short walk to Queens street,(mail shopping street)Easy walk to the river ,right across the road from railway station 20mins to Airport.Would stay there again anytime .The restaurant was OK

“Beautiful hotel; wonderful service”

I was totally impressed with the Rendezvous hotel. Each and every staff member from the maids, to the front desk staff, to the maintenance people were all extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and tended to each day. It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting right in the heart of Brisbane. I would recommend this hotel to any and all travelers.
