Rooms a little dated, but still nice. Comfy bed, complimentary water, nice facilities & convenient bedding above the Central Train Station. Pool & Spa area is nice, but only gets the morning sun, so no good for sun baking, but great area for kids being sun smart. Great spot, within walking distance to Southbank & other areas…

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas, it was a real treat, the restaurant is beautiful and the restaurant staff are so welcoming - nothing was a bother; we have four young children and they were so patient with them. The lobby was beautifully decorated, you could be in New York City, everything was beautiful. The only negative was that the receptionist was a bit cold, and be for the extras, they don’t miss you! You have to pay for parking onsite which I found a bit odd, over $300 for 2 cars for 3 full days. But other than that, it was wonderful!

The Sofitel definitely has the advantage of location, location, location - As it is situated directly above central station in the heart of the city. However, this venue is not only about it’s location - the staff that I met and the venues on site facilitates, were beyond par. The junior suite is a great choice.

luxurious hotel with relaxing bathroom amenities nice sumptuous breakfast close to the Central Station, no need cab to get to the airport, which takes as long with higher price - bath and shower water default is too hot - the spa doesn't get back to my booking, only receives automated message which makes me miss the Opal Rasul

Great location. In the middle of the city over the busiest train station in the city and CBD. Don't really need a car. The rooms are a little tired and only double or a kind bed but thought it was a great location and a nice hotel

Very good location. Highly recommend getting the air train from the airport - goes straight to the hotel. Very convenient and fast. Great location, very central to the CBD. Metro supermarket literally across the road from the hotel. Can walk to the waterfront and catch a free ferry. Excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay
The hotel was very conveniently located above central station. The area wasn't busy/noisy but it felt safer compared to Hershel St. The front desk staff were wonderful to check me in early to a lovely room up high and take my bag up to the room. Housekeeping were very prompt in delivering requested pillows. Check out was a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub looked so inviting but unfortunately I didn't have time to try it out. Would definitely recommend staying here.
