“Rude and un-professional”

Our stay here started out okay as the room was good enough for the price we paid for it. It had everything we needed so were relatively happy although room was not cleaned very well. We booked online for a 1 bedroom apartment but were given a key to a two bedroom apartment. The complex 'manager' asked me very abruptly while walking past the office if we had been using the second bedroom, if so we would be charged for it. We were never told not to use the second bedroom. The woman who spoke to me was rude and agressive and had zero professionalism. A day later she apologised for the mis-understanding as she found out the other manager hadn't told us not to use the second bedroom when he showed us to our apartment. It was a mis communication at which they were at fault - not us. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone unless you want to feel unwelcome.
