Internet doesn't work in rooms. Ask for extra coffee and had to come back twice before I could get some.

Room was dirty, dirt around nightstand, one day they didn't come to my room @ all, they said sorry when I called the front desk. They didn't vacuum the room the 6 days I was there. No wifi, they claimed they were working on an upgrade, cable guide never worked, will never stay @ a baymont hotel again!!!!!!

The room is embedded in filth. But "t that isn't their standard" It honestly seemed that perhaps clean towels and sheets were provided and maybe the carpet was vacuumed. Early morning upon departure I was hit by debris from a landscaper weed whacking around my car. ""Don't worry, I won't get you" after I had already been hit in the face. No coffee at the complimentary pathetic breakfast. .. Attitude from an obvious head maid and no manager on duty at 9am check out...

Staff was great and the price was right. Perfect for my needs on trip to pick up a car that I bought over the phone. Great option for budget strained families.

Pros: Location to venue
Cons: Food safety, cleanliness and maintenance.
Location: Reasonably close to BMS and downtown Bristol. Lots of decent chain restaurants nearby.
Front desk staff were courteous and check in was a breeze. Had reserved a king bed but when we got to the room, there were two doubles. The sink area and bathroom were dirty. The tub non slip surface looked like someone with dirty shoes had stepped all over it. It was an event weekend, we were tired, so we let it go. The next morning when my husband went to shower he discovered the shower pull was missing. Given the filthy state of the tub, a bath was not an option. I checked room availability on-line and found king rooms were still available. We headed down to the front desk to request a new room and passed several king rooms that were obviously unoccupied. We expressed our displeasure with the room and asked to be moved to a functional king room and were told no Kings were available but we could have another pair of doubles. We didn't press for anything other than a working shower. The new room's bathroom was functional and cleaner but the sink area's cleanliness was still questionable. We washed up and headed out to our event. We returned for the evening we realized the air conditioner wasn't working. I had concerns about breakfast so we only ate there the one morning. The yogurt, milk and hard boiled eggs were not on ice to keep them at safe temperature levels for the duration of breakfast. The price for the room was triple the normal room rate due to the special event weekend which only added insult to injury.

Pros: Close to track
Cons: 1. Management honoring the reservation. 2. The tile in the shower had some mold on it.
Location: Lots of shopping and places to eat.
Reservation wasn't honored by hotel management. Room was booked and paid for over 6 months in advance. Hardly anyone at the hotel when we arrived. Management said the roll away bed were all gone. Not true!! There was hardly anyone at the hotel. Other than not getting the extra bed, refrigerator, and microwave that was on the reservation. It was ok.

The staff said they couldn't give us rooms together because they were booked for the race, well we were there 3 days and not once was the hotel full. But other than that the hotel was nice. Continental breakfast was good.
