Check-in was quick. The property did not smell musty or bad like many hotels do. Our room was ok, I thought it was fairly clean until I found a glob of hair in the bathroom. They did not have any extra pillows available. Overall for the price i would stay there again.

I did smell odd, inside the room and the hallway. But it is clean and the room was spacious. Staff was very nice and courteous, both at checking in and out.

Very similar to the usual chain motels, but surprised no box of tissues in the room. Suggest they have maid service look at the room refrigerators, because ours needed a serious defrosting. Lobby is nicely decorated with a floral motif with small water sculptures. Front staff is very personable. Lots of dining options nearby.

Our room was what we needed. Lobby area was nice. The only reason for 4 stars was no continental breakfast. Also, every time we left or arrived, there were people smoking right by the lobby entrance. Our room was in the first floor only a few rooms from the lobby. So this was our only entrance. At times it even smelled like pot. Not sure if this is a normal occurrence or because it was a busy weekend, but definitely seemed like staff should have told them to move further away from the lobby entrance.

Noisy upstairs guests...children jumping up and down and running across the floor above us. Started around 10 p.m. & off & on until 7:30 this morning. Also had NASTY STAINED towel in our bathroom.

False advertising. Showed breakfast, but there was no breakfast offered there. Pet friendly: advertised as $10 per pet, per day. When we got there, we were charged $25 per pet, per day. I even brought the hotel up online to show the breakfast that was advertised as well as the $10 pet fee. I was told he couldn't do anything about it; prices changed. Will NEVER stay there again. Buyer beware!

Got a great deal on the hotel and it was actually very nice and clean in the room. Also was very quiet at night unlike a lot of other hotels where you hear noises and talking and stomping. We didn’t hear anything all night and we really enjoyed our stay

Rooms and public areas were clean. However, the property is dated and it shows. The biggest problem was that the walls are surprisingly thin. I could hear snoring through the walls throughout the night and my hearing is not great. In addition, the snoring neighbor knocked on my wall several times because I was watching a film on a phone in my bed. I don't think anything can be done to remedy this problem but it is a major issue and I would not stay here again because of it.

The hotel is well managed and a good value for the money. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The furnishings are a little run down, and some walls could use a fresh coat of paint. But it's a good place to stay, very convenient to I-81.

This person at the front desk charged me twice for my stay on two different cards. I tried to call them to get it straightened out. The manager argued with me and hung up on me. It was also very dirty in the room. I will never stay here again.

Front desk staff was very nice at check in. Room looked decent enough, but the smell was awful. It smelled like old cigarettes and air fresheners. There were several signs around the property that said non-smoking property, but obviously it didn’t used to be, and or people hadn’t abided by the rules. I almost turned around and left but it was 8pm and I had a big exam the next morning in the building next door so I decided to make the best of it. Bad decision. I should have forfeited the money and found somewhere else. The toilet ran the entire night and the plumbing made a squealing sound. I could hear every little noise, including a barking dog, babies crying, the next-door room blowing their nose. In the morning I left as soon as I could, and parked myself at Starbucks to get a little reprieve. Everything I owned, including the bag my stuff was in stunk like old cigarettes and air freshener. Once I got home, I promptly had to wash everything that I took with me in that room. The patches on the wall and closet doors were haphazard and the air conditioning did not cool down much, even though it was 25° outside when I left. Would never stay here again and don’t know how they can charge for this place.

They claim to be pet friendly but are not. The woman who checks you in doesn't check you in correctly and then blames you. I was kicked out for having a dog. Never again at this place
