“Delightfully satisfied !!”

I was very impressed with the overall beauty of this hotel and the pictures on the website do not give justice to the size and comfort of the room. Everyone that I came in contact with that was employed there was very friendly and helpful. I traveled with four children and there was PLENTY of space in the room,not cramped at all. There was plenty of sites to see VERY close by as well as eateries. The kids and I really enjoyed the Spa and the Indoor Pool. That is a great way to get the kids relaxed and ready for bed...lol! The breakfast was wonderful and more than we had expected. I will definitely come back and stay there again. Wonderful , wonderful hotel!!

“Would stay there again”

We were taking a trip for Confederate and Colonial History for my grandaughters who are 9 and 7. We wanted to see the Martha Washington Inn and the Barter Theater on our way to Virginia. We also took pictures of other older homes in this quaint little town. The breakfast at the hotel was good, we enjoyed dessert at the Martha Washington, but our lunch at Alison's Cafe was a disappointment thought it was recommended by one of the Comfort Inn staff. The pool seemed cooler than 78 degrees, the hot tub was great. Overall a nice brief stay for one night. There were 5 of us and the room was a little small for an extended stay

“Nice room...be sure to check your towls”

We had a suite that two queen beds and a sofa bed. Five ppl booked for the room.....only two towls in the bathroom....hummmm....that many beds and only two towls....other than that the room was nice.
