“Disappointed”
This hotel is certainly at the bottom-end of a four star rating. They lack the attention to detail that i expect from a 4-star. The mini-bar was not stocked at all (nothing), no turn-down service, no free wifi (not only not free, it was expensive), the in-room coffee/tea service was horribly limited and what it did have was substandard quality for a 4-star, and the bathroom supplies were limited to off-brand soap, shampoo and lotion. Other than tissue and TP, nothing else was provided (Q-tips, cotton-balls, etc). The staff's behavior seemed like they were doing us a favor being there; rude actually.
