Convenient location

Pros: inexpensive
Cons: Hospitality etiquette training needed by staff; rooms need updating; carpet needs replaced.
Location: close to interstate; close to restaurants/shopping
After checking in, other hotel guests were able to access our room with their keys on two separate occasions! After the manager called to say that the problem with the keys had been fixed, when we arrived at our room after dinner later that night, our key wouldn't work (seems everyone else could get in to our room but us!). Overall, the room was sufficiently clean and adequate for our stay in that we didn't need to spend a lot of time there.

This was a one-night stay business trip. The room was large with plenty of surface space for working. The breakfast was fine, and the bed comfortable. A mini-fridge would have been nice, so be sure to check amenities before you book. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great stop-over hotel close to the Interstate.

Location: Close to the Interstate and about 10 miles to the Speedway.
When we arrive in Bristol, the area went into a tornado warning. The staff was great in keeping us updated and we all congregated in the lobby until the storm passed through. No harm done. Aside from that excitment, our stay was routine. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were all friendly and helped us with directions in the morning.

Quality inn hotel

The number one reason for picking this hotel was for the indoor pool we did not arrive at the hotel till late and a sign was up saying the pool was out of order it was to late to go some where else, that was a big disappointment. The second reason was for the continental breakfast, it was over at 9:30 I didn't realize it ended so soon so we missed out on that also. Then we left my sons fiten necklace behind we were to far gone to return for it and we called the hotel off and on that same day and the next but no one seemed to be able to find it that was very upsetting also especially since we know we left it in our hotel room. There was no discount offered with the indoor pool not available. I would not return to this hotel

The hotel was convenient to my family and friends I went there to visit. I spent 7 very uncomfortable nights at this hotel. The beds were horrible. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, they need to be replaced. I would have moved to another hotel but we are senior citizens with some disabilities and did not feel we were able to pack up and go elsewhere. We spent a lot of money for this trip, the room being the biggest expense. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean enough and breakfast adequate.

Not as advertised

This was the worst pricey hotel I have ever stayed in. Holes and stains in the carpet in my room, not fitness center although advertised in the pictures, no iron in room, bad lighting in the room as well. The only bright spot was the staff that was very nice, but they couldn't make up for the hotel condition.

Clean rooms and nice staff. No extras or frills. Very good breakfast as well.
