there is no refridgerator in every room -was staying there 4 nights person at desk said will try to get us one...got nothing--never heard another word for the rest of my stay

It's a little run down. Smells old. Ice machine didn't work. Knob was gone on the heat-air unit so they left us a cresent wrench so we could adjust the tempeture. The people who worked there were nice, but the hotel needs some repairs and updates.

Maintenance lacking - Ice machine broken, door to guest hallway from parking lot broken and blocked. Room lighting was dim. Rut in flooring noticeable under carpet from bathroom to window. Outside of building looks nice, but inside does not match.

Cons: Dirty, smoke-filled, gag.
You get what you pay for....but at least it might have been nice to have a clean carpet and blankets. Keep on driving.

Mid way point of journey

Room was not clean. Bathroom waste basket not emptied, bathroom floor was sticky and carpeting was not vacuumed. Morning staff person was unfriendly and dismissive. My party was getting an early start for a long drive and attendant wouldn't allow us to get a cup of coffee at 5:55 AM even though breakfast started at 6 AM.
