Really helpful and caring staffPosted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: Location, staff.
Cons: Squeaky stairs.
Location: Great for Bristol Airport.
On return from Tenerife my car would not start. Staff were incredibly helpful and caring. They gave my wife a coffee while I tried to arrange for breakdown cover. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff we met that night were credit to the hotel.

Small roomPosted Nov 22, 2014
Pros: Staff and dinner.
Cons: Room refurbishment.
Location: Difficult to get too. Narrow country lanes.
The room was extremely small. Little storage, we had to tread over our suitcases. A premierinn would have been a much better option. It was too expensive for the standard of accommodation. On the plus side, excellent staff and food.

Volvere!

A stone's throw from airportPosted Oct 22, 2014
Pros: Comfy beds
Very close to the airport, extremely comfy beds, good restaurant for evening meal if needed, breakfast delicious. I will definitely be using this hotel again when needing to fly from Bristol.

Adequate hotel close to airportPosted Sep 28, 2014
Great restaurant. Breakfast included was just an okay continental. They had a straightener along with hairdryer with was a nice addition. The REAL downfall is the shower which had no curb to the rest of the bathroom so the whole floor gets wet! We also had to go outside to get to our rooms. We were booked for a king but only got a queen. We did arrive at around 8:45pm but we had prepaid and were guaranteed for a late arrival.

Excellent Choice .Posted Sep 25, 2014
Cons: The cooked breakfast menu placed on the table, not produced after the Continental breakfast has been eaten.
Location: Perfect location, close to Bristol Airport, but totally surrounded by the best of the English Country side, very peaceful.
Excellent choice for overnight stay when travelling from Bristol Airport. The middle of the night pickup service from the Airport very good. The rooms fine for overnight stay everything you need provided, very clean also. The evening meal first class, good choice of food and wine. Breakfast good, only complaint was the waitress made no comment on a cooked breakfast being available, only when asked by other guests did she offer the breakfast menu, which was too late as I had already had the Continental breakfast. The rest of the staff were all very friendly and efficient .I would certainly stay at the hotel again.

The worst experience everPosted Sep 19, 2014
Well I have had a terrible experience with Winford Manor and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. On the day we were supposed to stay there before our holiday in Faro, we were told we no longer had a room as it was given to a wedding party.

Nice hotel close to airport. Staff really helpful.Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: The staff and food made the stay enjoyable.
Cons: Better if wet room cleared more quickly as water took a long time to run away. Also shower head needs changing.
Location: Location was lovely- very quiet in pleasant surroundings. We only stayed for airport transport so were not looking for entertainment.
Stayed 2 nights, one before and one after flight. Really convenient for airport with taxi to and fro. The staff were really good. Food was lovely. Only downside was wet room and shower head.

Nice hotel in beautiful countryside.Posted Sep 12, 2014
Cons: signs to hotel from A38. Facilities or instructions for hot drinks for breakfast .
Location: Bristol airport and beautiful countryside and close to Bristol and routes to the west.
As we arrived at night we were thankful for the gps, don't think we would have found it otherwise. The rooms were motel style, but very quiet and clean. We did have a problem with the water running away in the wash basin which need looking at. Also as we left early 5.30 breakfast cereals etc were left out in breakfast room, but no instructions or kettle left out to make hot drinks. Apart from that, it was a good stay with ordered taxi arriving on time.
