Excellent choice for overnight stay when travelling from Bristol Airport. The middle of the night pickup service from the Airport very good. The rooms fine for overnight stay everything you need provided, very clean also. The evening meal first class, good choice of food and wine. Breakfast good, only complaint was the waitress made no comment on a cooked breakfast being available, only when asked by other guests did she offer the breakfast menu, which was too late as I had already had the Continental breakfast. The rest of the staff were all very friendly and efficient .I would certainly stay at the hotel again.

We have stayed twice when travelling from Bristol Airport. Each time has been a pleasure with comfortable rooms and an easy 4-mile trip to the airport next morning, great when we had an early flight to catch. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff appear very efficient. Quick check-in and our rooms have been spotless and well-equipped.
The last time, we decided to eat there and got a lovely surprise. Well-priced meals from a lovely menu and the food was well presented and way above standard airport hotel fare that we have become used to. If I lived locally, I'd want to go there to eat more often. It's one reason we'll most likely book the Holiday Inn in preference to another hotel next time we're flying from Bristol.
So far, two stays and very pleased with both.

We had a very good Saturday night stay here. The room was a good size, even with the bed for our daughter in it (which she was very impressed had a large teddy bear inside the bed! :-). It was all very clean, had a fan, iron and ironing board, tea & coffee making facilities. The breakfast the next morning was also very nice! Friendly staff too. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel to look at, rooms are a touch small but if you just want to sleep and squeeze into the shower, they are fine. They are clean, lots of towels, nothing else to complain about (no aircon, but it wasn't that hot so no problem either). Excellent staff, really helpful. The food was just out of this world - not cheap but really one of the best meals I've ever had. Worth returning for that alone. No lift.

Hotel staff very welcoming, room clean/tidy/comfortable.
Breakfast was superb.
Overall the hotel was set in a fantastic location and we will definitely be returning for another visit!
(one night stop was not long enough to fully appreciate the service/thoughtfulness of the staff and the fantastic scenery that surrounded the hotel)

A nice comfortable clean room. Plenty of sleeping space and clean linen. Hot showers and even some home comforts sometimes forgot. Nice touch!
I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
