stayed 6 nights here in the off season (late October) we may have been the only people at the hotel for a few nights. It was quiet and relaxing. This hotel is about 15 minutes away from town, and we rented a cab almost every day. The cab rides got pricey, the ride was hilly, steep, and the roads were windy. The best bet would be to rent a car. This is a pretty mountainous area, and a steep walk to the beach at the resort. Most of the time we were the only ones on the beach. There really was not much else to do at the resort, and it is pretty remote, unless you are in extremely good shape, and up for a hilly trek, you would not be able to walk to anywhere else close. Nice hotel, with a nice staff, and a clean room, and a nice beach.

"nice quiet hotel nearby bay with great snorkeling"
A very nice, clean and friendly hotel. They upgraded me from studio to a suite without me asking. Beautiful nature and nearby bay for snorkeling. Wifi only available near the restaurant, only food if reserved upfront. Cheap food available in nearby town. Easy to get lost around hotel if you want to go to Road town. Roads are hilly and slippery when wet. You need 4WD. Island people in general very nice and friendly. Good diving, not too expensive and good quality dive gear. Lots of mosquitoes. Flora and fauna is very nice.

We had a wonderful three days at Fort Recovery !! The staff was excellent and very helpful with recommendations on things to do (Virgin Gorda and the Baths), getting a rental car and taxis, and other information about the island. We felt like we were the only guests there because our room was so private and it was very relaxing. I only wish we could have stayed a few more days.

This was my first experience on land in Anegada and I made the right choice by staying at Neptune's Treasure. From the first minute walking on the property until the last day, the staff was friendly and helpful. What a location! What a view! What a fun Happy Hour! How relaxing! We felt that we were at a friend's weekend party for the three days we were there. Next trip we will definitely stay longer and visit one of the other islands for a few days. Don't hesitate to stay at Neptune's and enjoy every minute of your vacation. These owners have created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that you can't find everywhere. We can't wait to go back!
