“Hurricane Season and not another person in sight!!”

The hotel was located on a beautiful, mostly deserted, stretch of beach with no other resorts around. The staff was very friendly and, anything you needed, you had it within a half hour. Of course, September is the off season, and if you like to have the restaurants and beaches to yourself- it's the best time to go! The deluxe beach front rooms were very spacious with separate areas for the shower, sinks, and toilet. They come equipped with a refrigerator, which is great for keeping your beverages cold! The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was on the hard side, same for the pillows!

Great location probley best on Island . Has best or is right next to the 2 best beaches we found alought the whole Island chain is full of bueatful beaches , The staff were great and rooms quite lovley we are already planning our next stay at Long Bay Resort

“Best resort in Tortola”

My boyfriend and I took our first trip together to Tortola at Long Bay Beach Resort. We were impressed from the very start to the end of our trip. We opted to explore all of the islands of the BVI so we did not eat much on the resort so we cannot really comment on the restaurants there. Overall, a great trip that I will never forget. I definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking to travel to Tortola.

“Away from it all”

The resort is on a beautiful long beach and is the only facility on the beach, so you have the beach pretty much to yourself. Some rooms are right on the beach and I think I might have paid the extra for one of those, considering that our stay was quite short, but our room slightly up the hill was comfortable and convenient, a short flight of stairs up from the lobby area. The room has a comfortable balcony, nice bath and shower and a bed up a few steps from the sitting area. It was clean and in good condition, almost new. The resort is not a luxurious place, but we found it exactly what we wanted. One night the toilet didn't work because of a water pressure problem, but it was fixed by morning. We enjoyed the restaurant, although service could be extremely slow. It's the first restaurant I've experienced with chickens wandering around, as well as a small feral cat. A modest walk away from the resort is the lovely beach at Smugglers Cove. The only inconvenience is that you have to take a taxi to go to any other restaurant, boat trip, shopping or any entertainment, and taxis are rather costly. I only wanted to be at the beach and this is a lovely one. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Everyone was very friendly.

“The Ideal resort for relaxing and enjoying Tortola”

My wife and I spent a wonderful five day vacation at this resort. The resort is wonderfully maintaned and the staff are courteous, friendly and hlpful. We can't wait to go back for another vacation!!

Long Bay Beach Resort is in a perfect location on an almost one mile beach. Good facilities and excellent service. We would definitely go back.

“Beautiful resort”

I visited Long Bay for a wedding/vacation. I was extremely impressed. We were upgraded to a beautiful beachfront room that was steps from the beach, lobby and pool. The pool bar is awesome; you can sit in the pool and order frozen drinks, burgers, etc...The beach and island in general is on the quieter side but that was fine with us. We had an amazing time relaxing by the ocean or pool. We also took a trip to Smugglers (10 min by car) where snorkeling is a must. You will love this resort and Tortola!

Great place, great hotel, good cousine.....all the island is little expensive so the hotel's restaurant....but is in the average of the island.
