The white sand beach has an interesting snorkeling reef which protects the area and makes it a comfortable place to swim. The swimming pool is set amid swaying palm trees and offers a quiet spot to relax. The beach restaurant -Islands- is open for lunch daily and offers a Caribbean menu. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is open nightly serving gourmet cuisine with a menu that changes nightly. The Summer 2002 issue of CELEBRATED LIVING/ the Luxury Magazine for American Airlines Premium Class Passengers named the Sugar Mill Restaurant as one of the three Best Restaurants in the Caribbean. **MUST NOTE FLIGHT DETAILS** **MEAL PLANS AVAILABLE UPON ARRIVAL AT HOTEL IMPORTANT- BLACK-OUT DATES- 23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31 December 2011 and 1-2 January 2012 and 27 July through 31 September 2012. There is a minimum Three (3) night minimum stay from 21 December through April 14. Deposit represents the first and last two nights of the reserved stay. The three night deposit is payable at the time of making a reservation. Sugar Mill, the tour operator and cooperating agents, hereby give notice in providing tickets and coupons and all other services offered herein that all arrangements for services, transportation and accommodation are made by them upon the express condition that they shall not be liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation or other services or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect to of any person or property however caused or arising. Said transportation or hotel services are subject to the local laws of the city state where provided. Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act omission or event, during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance.
