The place is clean and efficient. It met all my needs for an overnight stay to attend a wedding. They even accomodated an early check in which made it easier to get dressed after a long road trip there. The free breadfast was very nice and food was replenished very quickly. Service was great!

“Better than some years ago”
I've been coming to Brockville multiple times yearly for over 5 years and this hotel has slowly aged that after some time, I stopped staying here, another hotel nearby was the same price and had just been renovated. That hotel was booked so I tried coming here again, I was pleasantly surprised: its been renovated over the past year or so, so the interiors were brand new. My room was comfortable, clean with all new furniture, sheets, towels and appliances. It has a plastic shower closet that looks like those all-in-one install jobs but it was new, clean and functional. Room was quiet and location makes easy access to do it yourself supplies. I don't use room service, but check in and out was fast and quick. Free Internet wireless.
“Pleasing Place”
The staff was very good, the rooms were very clean. The counter for the sink was cracked...the TV cable wasnt working...but overall I would recommend staying here.

“Good average hotel - good value for its money”
The hotel rooms were small but well set-up. Management was helpful and nice and a free continental breakfast had many choices and had clean surroundings. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room was appreciated. No elevator for guests to second floor although they had one.

Smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke although now nonsmoking obviously was at onetime
