A pleasant, traditional British hotel experiencePosted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: A little refurbishment would go a long way. Fridge facility in the room for example. An updated shower unit....
Location: Well located to the local shopping area. Good transport connections to central London
All very pleasant. Nothing outstanding. Lots of wedding parties

Hotel in suburbia with lovely gardensPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: The bar and the gardens
Cons: The hotel is being renovated which it needs
Our second stay here.We stayed in a room with a sofa which gave us more space this time. Busy hotel with lots of weddings going on. very helpful reception staff. Plentiful breakfasts. Easier to access with a car though we used the buses this time. A very comfortable stay

Hotel with lovely gardenPosted Jul 28, 2014
Location: Reasonable location for trips to London. Taxi to Bromley South station was £8. From there you can access Trains to Central London.
Perhaps I was just lucky because, as a single traveller, I was given a room intended for the disabled guest. It was newly appointed, spacious, very comfortable. It was a period of hot weather and the air conditioning was most welcome. The gardens are a treat. So pleasant to eat breakfast on the patio outside the dining room. The staff were charming and helpful. I travel a lot and this was a very positive experience.

Not competitive with other budget hotelsPosted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: It would be good if you wanted to eat at the hotel and have a drink at the bar so good for parties .
Cons: Organisation and staff engagement.
Location: Useful for parties but if you want to visit Bromley and don't want to drive not ideal.
Room much smaller than other similar range hotels such as Premier Inn not ideally located to access Bromley on foot. Unable to provide breakfast and when this was brought to the receptionists attention her response was less than helpful.
