Yankee Stadium is about 1.5 miles away.

Pros: Overall it was clean, and the continental breakfast is always a plus. The staff was very courteous and attentive.
Cons: The hotel location and larger parking lot. The hotel is surrounded by a junk yard and small mechanic shops. The Ave. doesn't feel safe at night.
Location: Yankee Stadium is about 1.5 miles away. 3rd Ave offers a few selections for shopping and the downtown/uptown train station. Many Latin food locations
This hotel seemed to be constructed with cheap materials/labor. Walls are thin, room front door doesn't have a proper seal so noise and light can easily filtrate through the door seams, and some guest are extremely loud during late hours. You can practically hear anything that goes on in these rooms while passing through the hallway. Literally everything! Security had to come twice to to the next door room. Not proper for business people or students on official business. Party goers seem to bring the after party to this small hotel.

clean convenient and close to the ballpark

This is a compact version of most days in hotels you have stated. The parking lot is small but it's free parking in New York. Keep in mind you are in Bronx.....don't expect to take a stroll through the neighborhood! This is just a place to stay that happens to be close and convenient to Yankee Stadium

Close to the Yankee Stadium

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The staff
Cons: To not allow rooms to be smoking rooms.
Location: It's in the Bronx and with in a 15 min walk to Yankee Stadium.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were other guests that smoked in their room, and the smell lingered out of their room and into the hall way. However the smell didn't come to my room.
