Where should I begin? I'll start by saying that the executive suite was up to par as far as cleanliness, comfort, and the vast spaciousness of the room; considering it was only me and my wife. The decor of the room seemed to have a luxurious feel; as if it was an upscale residential building located in New York City.

The hotel was excellent for the short stay. Wish that it had a larger parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than a continental fare. Would return there again if the opportunity presents itself. Also wished that the room had a microwave.

I have stayed in many local hotels in the NYC and this was one of the best. It was well kept, great customer service and a great breakfast set-up. I plan on staying there anytime I am the Bronx, NY.

Even though it was just an overight stay it was completely comfortable and anything that was asked of the staff was done quickly and accurately! I would recommend this hotel to everyone that I knew needed somewhere to stay in the Bronx.

Nice place to stay if you have a car. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The hotel was very convenient. I was traveling with my son so it was accomodating. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We had to ride the bus to the subway but it was okay just the same. Next time we go to New York I would definitely book this hotel again.

Ramada had taken over and the lobby was jackhammered during our stay. They staff were nice but coffee was removed from lobby and not placed somewhere else while the lobby was in disarray e.g. a guest room, an office, or even at checking desk that was surrounded by glass. The remodeling was done only while we were gone during the day. Very clean, good location for medical school interview at Einstein. We felt quite safe and bus line just across the street; subway 5 miles away and bus stopped there.

This little hotel in the Bronx provides a good selection of breakfast meal, friendly staff, free parking and wi-fi, and its location near a large shopping area and off a main throughfare make it ideal for life on the go in NYC. Although it needs a remodel, and it's currently undergoing one on the outside, it meets the needs of safety, proximity to eateries, mass transportation, and highways. Would recommend that the company install smoking deterrents in the rooms as not all clients respect the non-smoking policies established. As with everything, complaciency in staff can lead to weaknesses. Therefore, I would recommend closer supervision for the establishment to continue representing well a reasonable, no-frills, appropriate service.
