“great place a little noisy”

Great place to stay reasonably priced. Room we stayed in was next to a,machine room of some sort a little noisy. When checked in was never told check out was 11 got a phone call at 11:05 asking of we were leaving. Would stay again soon

“Clean and comfortable.”

The Newbury Inn is quiet, clean and comfortable. It has great beds, WIFI in the rooms, very nice large bathrooms and the staff was helpful. Easy on and off of Highway 7 makes it convienient to find with lots of parking.

“well run, no frills”

Came in exactly as I was looking for. Very clean, very safe, quiet place perfect for my one night stay. I would not hesitate to go back.

“Will go back.”

We have stayed at Newbury Inn on other occasions and have always been satisfied with our stay. They have down sized on their breakfast, but with the economy the way it is, I can't blame them. Definately will stay there again.

“stay away from the chinese restaurant next door.”

The Inn was fine. Coffee in the am was ok if you got there early. I bet they run out around 8:30 am. (POd machine) and continental bfast was nice enough. More dining options should be highlighted. Mistakenly we went to the chinese restaruant next door. OMG. Details not necessary. Ick.

“Was OK but wireless was crappy”

The room was very nice and comfortable. I liked the room very much. If I was just vacationingt it would have been a nice stay. Unfortunately as I was on a business trip and needed to use the wireless while I was in the hotel room. The wireless service left much to be desired. It was very difficult to connect to and the speed was barely above dialup when I could connect. I ended up going to a nearby McDonald's and using their wireless instead. Thank You Ronald! :-)

“Nicely remodeled hotel”

My friend and I stayed at this hotel in order to visit some of the CT Wine Trail. It was perfectly located between several of the local wineries. Apparently it was recently renovated and the room we had was beautiful! We were allowed to check in early and leave our bags before our day of exploration. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative we could come up with was that some of the outlets in the room did not seem to be working but we notified the staff of this problem upon our check out so hopefully they were able to correct that. I would definitely return to this place again if I were going to be spending time in the area!

“Surprisingly wonderful motel!”

I have not stayed in a "motel" in nearly 30 years, but was pleasantly surprised and have a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable and appointed. Bravo!
