Very convienent

Pros: Easy access to highways to get to our family.
Cons: Parking - good luck with that.
Location: We have family all over in cleveland.
The only issue I had with the whole stay was the parking - too many semis taking up more than one parking spot. It's an older hotel, shows the age, but comfortable, great staff, and we didn't hear road noise (which meant the dog was not stressed - thank you!).

Was hoping it was more than what I got.

Pros: Near our destination.
Cons: Anything item in my review. This is the 2nd time I have booked thru Expedia and been disappointed in the accommidations. I am buying a trailer.
Location: Tons of stuff to do-could have stayed a week and still not get it all done. Beautiful area.
I had hoped to be on a ground floor-we were not (3rd). No carts available to haul some of our stuff up. No coffee maker in room. Had to pay the hotel for the "pet fee" which I thought was included in the price I paid Expedia. No weekend housekeeping without a fee? When did this start? Very difficult to find as well.

Good room for the price. The room didn't have any cookware but I only stayed for one night so I didn't mind.

Nice basic hotel

Nice hotel, clean and great staff. Lots of restirants near by. Very basic, bring your own toiletries. I would definitely stay here again.

If I Had To Again, I Could

To be brief, I have only two complaints. The room was okay but the carpet was very stained. I presume it had been cleaned but once you see something "dirty" you find yourself looking for more..and I found it. Hair in the bathroom on floor in corners and above shower tile in tub area. Second, the noise. The construction/sound proofing seems to be non-existant. I did call the front desk the second night because of conversation from the guests above at 3am. The floor creaks with every step but we let that go since our floor was creaking too and I presume the guests below heard us too. Great walking distance to dining options. Great mattress.

I have to double think if I want to go back there

the location is perfect the service is perfect the room is big and nice i like the fact that you have your own kitchen even though is small but is perfect. one of the most important thing that people look at is to have a clean room this was not i mean it's disgusting it was disgusting for me to take a shower because there is hair in my shower all over my shower and they said free breakfast but all they have is coffee and some apples

Great Stau

Pros: Location, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Clean the carpet.
Location: The location was convenient to find when existing the interstate. It is near several restaurants.
The hotel was busy and fully booked. The staff was friendly, smiling and very helpful. The room was nicely furnished. Only comment is the carpet was in need of steam cleaning.
