“Satisfied”

I have no complaints at all about the hotel itself. It's a good bit of walking distance from the nearest subway station but there's a bus that stops very regularly right outside the hotel that will take you straight to the station, and local taxis right outside the station if you get back back late and don;t want to wait for the bus back to the hotel. For $5 you're at the hotel in minutes.

“Friendly employees!”

you might get shocked once you see the bullet proof screen at the reception but the neighbourhood is quite safe ... I even walked eight blocks at night from the subway station!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Newer facility. Convenient location. We will return on out next trip to NYC.

“new hotel which impressed two Brits”

this hotel is a bit of a journey into manhattan, but the subway is only 6 blocks away + the hotel is on a main route for the taxis. only had to wait seconds for a lift! not a swish area, but the hotel was faultless (b&b only) but a rarity for the area (when looking at other hotels on the www, it had en-suite!) we would definately stay here again. staff very friendly + nothing was too much trouble for them. and as for the room itself....we would have brought the bed home with us if we could....just imagine sleeping on air, great!!

“Comfortable”

Very conveniently located as the bus stops right outside the door and the staff was very helpful to us in giving us directions around town. We got the kind of room we asked for and it was ready when we showed up at the hotel.

Very satisfied with the hotel as it is very convenient to the location that I need to visit. This is a repeat visit and would stay here again. The manager Danny is very helpful and always wants to do the best at this hotel.

“Great rates in a very convenient location”

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. Extremely convenient location. Bus stop just outside that takes you to a Subway station in 5 minutes or less. 24 hour diner and pharmacy across the street. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Service is quite good, and breakfast is included. (not a sprawling buffet, but it get's you going). I'll be staying here again, and would recommend to others looking for a cost-effective alternative to staying in Manhattan. It's only 20 minutes away.

Great location for us - Staff was great - Room was small but very comfortable and clean. We will visit again because the location is central to everything we wanted and needed to do in New York.

The hotel was better than I thought it would be. It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who has a short visit to New York and want to stay within their budget.
