Get what you pay for.

Pros: Lovely choice of breakfast
Cons: Just a bit more storage space
Location: Very close to Brooklyn and Manhattan
Clean, friendly, excellent choice of breakfast, with this hotel you get what you pay for. A decent clean tidy hotel with good links to the subway and bus routes. My only complaint would be that there wasn't quite enough storage space, but that is just a minor niggle.

Pros: cleanliness and central to restaurants and bars
Cons: I think everything is running just fine.
Location: It's a great location that's walking distance to bars, stores and the downtown brooklyn area.
No complaints. It was a great time there on the weekend of March 13-16. Came all the way from LA and first time visiting Brooklyn for an event. This hotel was walking distance to bars, venues, eaterys, and other hotels. My only complaint was the construction taking place out side, early/late night noises. Other than that, all was top notch.

Careful... smoking rooms

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Part of this is my fault. But I booked this hotel in a bit of a rush and didn't notice that it said it was a smoking room. Honestly, who has smoking rooms anymore. This led to an uncomfortable stay, and many of my things smelling of smoke after leaving. The staff was not the most friendly. Sheets had a stain on them. Just not a great place.

Friendly Staff

This hotel is in a nice neighborhood. We walked almost everywhere and always felt safe. Our room was small, which is due to the building being older, but it was nicely updated and comfortable. The staff was very helpful as this was our first trip to New York. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place. There is a very close subway stop.

convenient location for my needs

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: proximity to my family's apt
Cons: thicker walks or staff monitoring noise level from hallway.
heating was inconsistent needed additional blanket remote control had to be within 2 feet of the TV to operate disruptive noise from adjacent rooms

Pleasant enough, but very noisy at night.

Very thin walls, we could hear TV in neighbouring rooms, checkin desk and elevator all night. Take earplugs!

Molto pulito, vicino metro

Posted Jan 9, 2015
Pros: Pulizia

Miserable night

Posted Jan 1, 2015
Pros: The bathroom was clean.
Cons: All else.
Location: Park Slope is great. Cute, vibrant, family friendly. Restaurants, shops, little parks and playgrounds. Great food.
In short, this hotel was not at all what we expected, as we reserved a non-smoking room with a crib, and arrived to find a smoking room without one, for which we were blamed. The front desk staff were sympathetic, but useless; the manager dishonest. Cigarettes were not the only smoke that perfumed the hallways (if you catch my meaning). We checked out a day early, as we did not feel it was an appropriate place to stay with young children. (The mattresses were also terrible, you could see the springs, and the bed-linens moth eaten.)
