I really can't think of anything to complain about. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. It was great to wake up and go downstairs for juice, coffee and pastries. The view wasn't so nice but we were there to visit family so we didn't spend too much time at the hotel. I'm sure I will stay there the next time I'm in Brooklyn.

"Huge suite, very clean!!!"
The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us navigate the subway system, as well as calling a car service for us. The suite was huge, updated, and had tons of closet and shelf space.

"Excellent hotel for Williamsburg"
Very modern appearing hotel. Clean bar and pool area. The only hiccup on my stay is that the fixture in the shower was loose. They sent a maintenance staff to repair it and it was fixed right away. Would stay again if in the Williamsburg area.

"A Hotel good enough for a nights stay"
If you are looking for a room to crash at the end of the hectic touring in NYC, this seems to be a good place about half hour away from the heart of NY. The hotel being next to the Subway is a very big advantage and at bit of disadvantage due to the roaring sound of the trains at night. But overall a decent place of stay if you are a person who has 'the pack on the back' touring schedule.
