Absolute rip-off.

They had not advertised that they are being 'refurbished'. This meant only one cafe open for food and drinks, a drill in the room above us at 0830 in the morning and a hotel that felt more like a ghost town than a luxury retreat. Most of the other people there were only using the pool and gym facilities, as a result there were children running everywhere, including in the gym, and they insisted on playing Mariah Carrey on loud speakers around the pool. Absolutely not the relaxing and luxurious experience they advertise on their website.

Fantastic Service

It was great. This is the fourth time we are staying at the hotel. I could definitely see an improvement over last year as far as the room itself.

Poor and unfriendly service

Poor and unfriendly service was in stark difference to service delivered by our hotel (Le Grey) in Beruit. the hotel is cold in temperature and atmosphere. practically empty when we got there on 27th December. many of the restaurants are closed. no plan of the hotel available. the hotel shops are never open. list could go on and on
