Staff was very disengaged. The woman at the front desk acted as if we were inconveniencing her when we checked in. The hotel itself is very basic, which is fine, but it also seemed not very well put together and organized. There was some sort of clicking, I believe from the smoke detector, that was recurring throughout the night. The rates were not commiserate with quality of the property, although Harley Fest was going on so I'm sure that contributed to the premium rate. The room seemed clean enough though.

I spoke with Stacy at the hotel via phone after booking 2 rooms. Very personable and answered all my questions. Assured me area was safe to travel on motorcycle and parking at night. Property and area very safe, clean and pleasant. Good community and we will definitely go back.

The property was not on the Waze map. Had a hard time finding it. It is behind the Holiday Inn literally. The room walls are paper thin you can hear conversations in the hallway and neighboring rooms. It has one elevator only I am glad that it was not full or I would have had to wait to go down to my meetings

Alright place to stay wirha small dog. Cooked a couple of meals in room. 10 day stay and everyday had to get both key cards replaced. Convenient location for needs and reasonable price. Used free washer and dryers

Candlewood Inn was very comfortable & clean, the staff was polite & efficient. Very close to places to eat also. My room was quiet & peaceful. Only one small problem, the toilet kept running i tried to repair it but no luck, it didn't make any annoying noice but it was not environmentally friendly. Otherwise a nice place to get a good nights rest. It was also in a beautiful part of North Milwaukee, I'll be back!!!

Great service, comfortable room.
Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the kitchenette, it provided us the comfort of home while we were away from home.

Property was clean and quiet. Check in was a nightmare as the front desk employee didn’t know how to check me in as I paid via Expedia. Waited 25 minutes before he finally figured it out with the help of a manager via phone. Treadmill in workout room was way old. Hairdryer didn’t work and they didn’t replace despite saying they would.

Mequon visit to move daughter to college
Room and bed comfortable, kitchen was nice especially the full size refrigerator to keep refreshments cold. Shower was nice and was able to ask for more towels as room service on pause due to covid. We will be back

Room was clean as expected at CW. But TV didn’t work. Got new batteries for remote. Still had to stand 3 ft from Tv to change channels. Refrigerator is dying. Constantly makes loud motor noise making it hard to sleep at night. No toaster oven in room, other CWs have them nit sure why not here. Overall room was clean but I think the amenities are getting old.

Staff greated us with his feet up on desk table...Equipment in gym out of order, room keys didn't work, fridge started making loud noice in the evening we had to unplug it in order to sleep. Not what I expected from Candlewood suites

Home away from home.
I enjoyed my stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. At first I was disappointed that there was not a breakfast provided, but then I realized I could cook in my room!! The price is moderate. A great place to stay if you want a home away from home (business or vacation)for a number of days.

The work out area was a big plus! I loved the coffee machine and would ask they just keep sugar stocked. The room smelled weird we had to have the front desk agent come and sprinkle carpet freshener to abate the smell but no one came to vacuum it up 😡
