The lady at the front desk was very nice and personable. I enjoyed our interaction. The room was very clean and orderly. Everything as expected. The only negative thing in my view was the floor. The entire room was hardwood floors. I prefer carpet, but nothing major that ruined my stay. Overall 5 stars!

They are remodeling the hotel, but even though on pictures looks a little better, once you step in the room you get the felling that is an old hotel besides the new touches it has. I’ll definitely not stay again. If you traveling with a family that is not even a choice.

I’m honestly glad that this was just a night away from the kids. From the dirty towel left in the shower over the curtain, to the tissue in the peek hole, to the fire alarm not installed but instead in the last drawer, to the stains all over the floor and the wall, and lastly to the broken door stopper. I did not feel safe and we decided just to get ready and turn in the keys. The lady who took my key back was nice, the man who gave it to me as I got there was not! I wasn’t expecting a memory foam mattress for the price but I was expecting a clean room and I felt like I didn’t get that!

You have to remember you are not staying at the Ritz Carlton. However, the motel is ok for what it is...a place to sleep at night.

Love the new remodeling/ renovations they did but the beds were very uncomfortable spring mattress and a bit dirty when we arrived

I didn't like that there was eyelashes stuck on the tv probably from previous customer that stayed there. There was a lot of lil bugs inside the room some dead some alive. The smell of cigarette was really bad .Service was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They put me into a very nice fixed up room. The only reason I can not give them a 5 rating is because after the first 3 days or so, my room was over run with roaches.

The room was nice and clean. There appears to have been a remodel since I last stayed. Maybe could have used more pillows and comforters. The room service was detailed and professional.

Can't say there is anything we liked. There were construction workers staying in the building who partied all hours of the night. The staff never said a word to them. Also, the lobby was locked, so the amenities of 'free breakfast' and 'coffee' didn't exist.

The room was definitely better then 3 years ago newly remodeled and looked great. I aas extremely happy with the room and the lady that helped take care of us was great. I aas very pleased withour stay and we definitely plan on returning next year and i only hope the cleanliness and great service continues.

You get was you pay for. This isn't a luxurious hotel. 2 1/2 stars for a reason. There were cigarette burns on the bed. There were stains on the chairs in the room (but I didn't use them so it wasn't an issue). It had a functioning sink, toilet and shower. However I will say the shower knob was broken off had to play with it a little to get the shower on.

Sheets felt dirty. Floors were dirty. No coffee pot in room. Hotel under construction there was too much noise at night. No breakfast and there were roaches in the room. I am usually not hard to please this place was horrible. Lobby was closed on the weekend and their excuse for every thing that was unacceptable was that the hotel was under construction.
