“Wonderful experience”

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The fitness room was awesome and so were the breakfasts. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend that all rooms have microwaves and refrigerators.

“Comfortable Stay w/all the extras needed.”

Very pleasant stay. Room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows; a plus for us. The bathroom was spacious with a lot of extra towels and toiletries. The room included internet service at no extra charge. Breakfast included hot & cold cereal, fresh fruit, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, waffles, and juices and coffee. The ladies working at the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. The only one complain I have is the fact that I left one of my boxes with personal toiletries in the room and returned an hr later after I had checked out only to find out that the cleaning personnel had left for the day and therefore, was advised to come back in the morning. I figured I send my sister to pick it up, since I was flying back home the next day. My sister did go to pick up the box but told me that the personnel in the front desk, including someone that stated that she was the manager, were very rude to her. They even made a comment as to what was the big deal about this box that I wanted back so bad. Needless to say, the important thing was not what the items in the box were, but the fact that they were mine!! I just thought that this incident was very unprofessional and rude. I do not know if they are not accustomed to having guest return for their forgotten items, but all I know is that they should not be rude to any client (even if the item forgotten is of no significance to them!).

The cleaning ladies were extremely nice and helpful. Front lady very nice. Overall very good.

“LOVED IT, LOVED IT..........”

I was very impressed with this hotel, I'm a super clean person everything has to be spotless and this hotel WAS.........It's was a four night stay for me and my husband and daughter. We had a great time staying here the swimming pool is very nice and clean. It's only a 20 minute drive to South Padre Island and it's located right next to the mall. Overall I loved this hotel and will stay here next time we visit...... :)

“Good experience!”

As a family of 5 traveling our stay at Hampton inn was a good experience. The room was big and comfy. The sink however was too tall for our little one and the tv did not allow us to use our own PS3, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
