Great location to shopping and restaurants

I stayed here for a nursing conference held here and all was great. We were served breakfast and lunch. It was delicious. We also has afternoon coffee/sodas with cookies and snacks. All of the staff was welcoming.

Excelent service and location but bad facilities.

Pros: Location and in the room it had a microwave and fridge, really convenient.
Cons: Cleanliness and better maintenance.
Location: Shopping and zoo.
This hotel is conveniently located but there are few issues... There's a club next to the hotel so there's loud music and a lot of people coming and going and the parking lot gets crowded. The carpet on the room was too filthy. The facilities were deteriorated, the bathroom floor and wall were stained. Paper tissue and face tissue were really LOW quality.

CHECK OUT MANY STAIR CASES IN EACH UNIT.

Pros: LOCATION IS NICE.
Cons: IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS IN THIS PLACE ONLY STAIRS WITCH IS VERY DIFFICULT WITH A 2 YEAR OLD BABY, ICE COOLER, ETC.
Location: DIRECTLY ACROSS THE EXPRESSWAY THERE ARE MANY RESTAURANTS & SHOPPING CENTERS THAT ARE AT EASY ACCESS.
THERE WAS NO HAND/BODY SOAP IN THE ROOM. WE HAD TO WASH OUR HANDS WITH SHAMPOO. WHEN REQUESTED THE REPLY WAS HOUSEKEEPING IS GONE FOR THE DAY. THEY ENDED UP BRINGING 1 BAR.

Hotel no muy cómodo y con problemas de limpieza.

Pros: nada
Cons: Atención a Cliente en Mostrador, Limpieza en habitaciones y remodelación en las habitaciones.
Location: el lugar es bueno y tiene Restaurantes y malls muy cerca.
Me asignaron una habitación en el primer piso que la habían limpiado recientemente y estaba muy impregnada al aroma de los químicos que utilizaron, pedí que me cambiaran a otra y al principio no lo querían hacer diciendo que no tenían habitaciones disponibles. finalmente me cambiaron al segundo piso y a pesar de que tienen señalamientos de NO FUMAR el segundo piso huele horrible a cigarro. La limpieza no es buena ya que me hospedé 4 noches y en dos ocasiones no retiraron la basura del bote del baño y el de la habitación.

Paid for holiday in got a motel 6

This had to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at!! I paid for a holiday in but I got a motel 6. I had booked 2 rooms and the Room smelled wasn't clean the showers and bath rooms were out dated and pieced together. They had no extra blankets or sheets, the rooms were so muggy humid and smelly we had to turn the AC all the way down to cold around to trying get rid of the smell.

Do not stay horrible place bad customer service!!!

This Holiday Inn isnt anywhere close to some of the othera has a meldew smell in rooms,customer service is horrible!!needs to be modernized!We had a 4 night stay and the room was not cleaned properly!

I forgott to ask for a non-smoking room. It would be a good for the front desk to ask just to make sure the stay is more pleasent.
