“All staff were extremely courteous and helpful.”

I thought customer service was a word of the past, but my stay was very relaxing and all staff was very polite and accomodating, Thank you ALL.

“enjoyed our stay”

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for a trip to South Padre Island. Our stay was so nice and relaxing. The staff was so nice and professional. Can't wait to go back and stay here again!

“Comfort and good value”

Hotel with good service. The rooms are clean and confortable. The hot breakfast are good, only need waffles to be complete. Great ubication.

“Remodelling”

The hotel overall was in good condition, the breakfast they offer was good, the only thing was that they were remodelling the floor they gave me the room in and the hallway carpet was dirty, all the rooms were open and you could see that everything was upside down. My room was fine, but it was a bit uncomfortable to see that everything around us was untidy and disorganized. The quality/price rate was very good.

“Good hotel - bad front desk employee”

Everything great except for the mediocre receptionist that checked me into the hotel, whom apparently had had a bad day and didn't seem very willing to properly welcome guests (of the two in the shift, the shorter, stockier lady.) Other than that disappointing moment, I highly recommend this hotel.
