“A good choice”

A clean, comfortable and pleasing experience. The location was well suited to my needs which included both business and leisure. The room facilities were excellent although the TV is not HD yet, at least I was unable to find HD channels. Complimentary breakfast was very good and the manager reception/dinner an added and unexpected bonus.

“Great place!”

Very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped kitchen! Great place to stay! There was a slight shortage of seating in the breakfast room, but it was only a very minor inconvenience. I'd be perfectly happy to stay here again.

The room was very comfortable, hotal service was very good and the place is well located.

Our experience at this hotel was very good. Don't have anything to complain. Room was very nice and clean. Pool was great and breakfast was good. Would keep it in mind for next time I need a hotel in Brownsville.

“You get your Money's Worth”

When we arrived the check-in took less than 2 minutes Literally. All I did was present the card I paid with to hold a $50 incidental fee. (what I didn't see on Expedia) but it was refunded back to my card in 3 day after checkout. The hotel was very nice. The staff were great! The only negative thing was that the microwave in the room didn't work and the blow dryer kept shorting out and the t.v. didn't have a remote but the dvd player did. Weird right? Other than that the hotel was nice and the fitness center was small but nice. And when we were ready to leave we didint have to stop at the front desk (Express Checkout). All you do is leave the keys in the room and call down and tell them you are leaving and they leave and invoice at the door the morning of your departure.

“I will be back!”

This was my first time at a Homewood Suites. I generally stay at a Holiday Inn, but tried this hotel on my friend's suggestion. The size and amenities of the room were amazing --an entire kitchenette, full size refridgerator, porcelin dishes and silverware and a stove & microwave!!! On top of that --I loved the mini living room, and the bed was really comfortable. In the morning, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was well stocked. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future!!

“"Great For Individuals Who Travel Alone"”

I travel alone quite often and have experienced quite a few venues from the poor to the upscale aspects. This hotel provided upscale, posh service, with a very family oriented, cozy, pleasant atmosphere. From the moment I checked in to the hotel, I felt home with a sense of safety and the familiar. I was very impressed with the family atmosphere of breakfast and dinner (Monday-Thursday). The ladies seemed to have very special rapport with each of the guests and the family, and were very pleasant and eager to provide service. The front desk clerks were friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of my stay, I was almost sad to leave. Needless to say, I am now looking for other Homewood Suites for accomodations as I travel in the future! Again, great job and keep up the good work!

“Great for families!”

Impressed with the space and cleanliness. Modern/ homey feel to my room; I loved it. Definitely worth the money, I will be choosing Homewood Suites whenever I travel; whether it be the whole family or just my spouse and I.

“Comfortable home feeling”

The rooms are very pretty, nicely decorated, and spacious. The beds were comfortable that we wish we could have slept in all day!

The halls smelled kinda stuffy, and so did the room. Hotel is nice but could use a facelift. Overall we were satisfied with it.
