“A place to came back and relax”

Very nice experience,was only for 1 night,but this Hotel exceeded our expectations ,truly spacious rooms and very clean

“So comfy!!!”

The rooms were super comfortable, great price for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with kitchen and more. The staff helped with every detail of our holiday stay. The free breakfast had great food options.

“Residence Inn Marriott”

The staff were all so friendly, gracious and welcoming. We had no problem obtaining a set of crib bedding after we forgot ours. The breakfast was a nice start to the day with all of the many options. We would definitely stay here again and we would without hesitation recommend this hotel.

My Father had been sick the last 2 months I have been visiting several hotels,on the second visit to this hotel,I was surprised that Ms Gaiina remember why I was there at Brownsville for..this last time he passed-way It's very hard ...I unpack and left the room after the hello and welcome of the staff who are very busy but took the time to acknowledge me and my situation,after the funeral service came back to my suite and found a note with several signatures of the staff that where there and a plate full of homemade cookies it was so sweet to find out that we are not just one more number and there's still love and care for each other in this world .This people deserve to be honor by their supervisor they go beyond their duties I can't express really how much this meant to me and my family ....... :)

“Great for families”

Great suite with 3 tv's so kids don't fight about what to watch. The only complaint would be that perhaps because the place was super busy the pool looked a bit blurry and dirty:( Also the gym and tennis area is filled with kids that lacked adult supervision so you couldn't really get a work out because a bunch of kids were playing.

“Home away from home!”

Our suite consisted of a living room, kitchen, bedroom area and of course the bathroom all well appointed and squeeky clean. The building, grounds, pool and workout room were also clean and well kept. The breakfast that's included with the suite was full service, omeletts to order, waffles, oatmeal and the standard breakfast bar.

“Best service and value for money”

The hotel rooms were very nice and maintained well to give comfort of home. The idea of having a kitchen inside the hotel room was well thought of. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay. Wonder if all Residence Inn are the same.

“Large Rooms with home feeling”

I was very impressed with the size of the rooms. While most hotels in Texas have large rooms, this one exceeds the local standards. The bedroom is separate from the living area. The kitchen is well organized with all the standards appliances plus some. The fridge is large. There are separate TVs in living room and bedroom. There is only wired internet (no wireless), but it is fast. Overall, this was an impressive hotel for the ratings it has. It should deserve one more star on the rating.

“Great stay”

We had a great stay, the service was excellent; the hot full breakfast bullet was very nice.
