“Fab family break in brugges”

The hotel family room was very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, the pool was an added bonus which the children loved. The staff were friiendly. Breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent and perfect for the xmas markets and tourist sights. Parking was very convenient below the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We arrived at the hotel around 1230, despite check in being 3pm, the hotel kindly allowed us to check in as the rooms were ready. Rooms were large and the beds comfy. Hotel breakfast was very nice (and included in the price!) I ordered a birthday cake for my husband upon arrival and the hotel pulled out all of the stops to get one to my liking. The only thing I would say, is that the swimming pool did not smell pleasant and seemed like it needed a bit of a clean. Overall, a great central based hotel.

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is right in the centre of town, its lovely just sitting outside the hotel with a coffee watching the world go by. Would recommend. Room has all you need and the bed is very comfortable. Parking and breakfast a bit pricey but the car park is secure and very handy and there are many other places for breakfast on the doorstep.

“One of the best hotels in Bruge”

Staff are polite, helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean and beds and pillows comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location, near to the main square. Buffet breakfast was far more extensive than we expected. It had much more than the usual breakfasts contain. I defy anyone to say they could not find something they liked amongst it, no matter how fussy they are. Swimming pool and sauna are clean, with plentiful towels. We would have no hesitation going back again or recommending the hotel to anyone.

“Lovely hotel, amazing location”

This was a lovely hotel and I have nothing to fault it on. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the central Burg square and the service was faultless. It's probably the best night's sleep that I've ever had in a hotel bed and for a price (on an Expedia deal) which was significantly lower than any of the other 4* hotels in central Bruges. I would certainly go back if I return to Bruges.

“Fantastic place to stay”

My Boyfriend and I have just come back from a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza in Bruges. The hotel was beautifully located right in the middle of the city, making quick trips back to grab jumpers etc very very convenient. The room was really nice and the internet facility was incredibly useful. I have stayed in a number of highly rated hotels all over the world and this was the first hotel that I have come across that has this internet facility available in your room. We were sad not to experience the breakfasts as these were not included in our room rate and were too expensive for us to try....although this just mirrored the expensive cost of food in Bruges. We would certainly stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone heading to Bruges.

“Great location!”

I was very happy with my selection. We were in the heart of Bruges, with everything in walking distance. Having parking was a plus, but the price was high. But I exected that. The food was good, the concierge helpful, and the front desk staff friendly. I have already told others about this great place, and will stay there again if I ever return to Bruges. I will also try this chain in other locations. Thanks for a great weekend!

“Love Brugges”

Hotel was superb in all aspects and located at the center of Europe's most wonderful city. Don't forget your bicycle!
